Northampton, Billing Aquadrome

I am a carer and took a disabled lady and her 2 children on a monday to friday break which she enjoyed so did her children yes we did have to walk along the road with the wheelchair drivers where very considerate so where the ground workers also the assistant manager and staff at the venue where excellent on a couple of occasions they went above and beyond to help us so much so I have been asked to bring the family back next year so thank you for a lovely holiday

Years ago i used to go here every weekend and take my daughter,it was a lovely place.We used to play on the kentucky derby,walk around the amusement arcades and i used to like a game of bingo.We would then get ourselves a burger and go and sit by the lake it was lovely.There was so much going on and now there is nothing there.The place is empty they have all gone now and its really gone down hill.All they need to do is spend a bit of money and people will start to visit more.We live in northampton and them days many people would go for the day and there was so much to do now there is nothing its deralict.I went there last week to visit a friend and went to the shop on site it was empty.A complete shame as the actual park is beautiful.

Camped here on 7-10 August 2013. Toilets dirty and mostly no hand soap. Showers to far away and only shoer curtain lack of privacy. No lighting at night. No extinguisher or sand buckets incase of fire. Whilst there a young child fell in river. Whilst on phone to paramedics was unable to give an accurate location as no camp peg markers or numbers you just pitch anywhere. A very poor site and think unsafe for children especially as csmping near water. All our family were left traumatised after what happened with little child. Would never go back or recommend

If you want to go to Billing beware half the toilets are not open they are disgusting inside and are often vandalised when you complain it goes on deaf ears.

If you want to put a boat or a caravan on this site, Beware. They now charge you 50 pence per day for their new electric meter. So if you do not live on the site. This will come to £182.50 per year. This will make your electricity the most expensive in the world. Stay clear of this rubbish site.

I advise no-one to go anywhere near the place it is a tip they will try and sell you a van and then when you give it they do not tell you it floods !

My partner and I bought a caravan of here not even 2 year ago. It cost £30,000 alot of money. Due to circumstances we had to sell up, Billing offered us £4000 last summer which we where totally appalled by. A year later someone is willing to buy it off us for £7000. Ive only been told by Billing they are to get a cut of this 15% of the price then 20% VAT. Total disgrace. Also they will not give us a refund on our ground rent which is paid up to January. No way am I taking this lying down. Absolutely livid. DO NOT BUY A CARAVAN OF THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!
