Fabulous

Don't know why they have a two star review. My husband and I travel frequently from Bristol and it's the most convenient and straightforward parking system ever. Never had any complaints and we've used them 5 times this year alone. It's just a shame they don't offer a loyalty membership because we'd be the first to join. First class.

Disappointing Very Poor Service At Bristol Airport Silver

Positives - booking was reasonable.

Negatives -

-long queue when we returned back all along the front of the airport and about 15/20 minutes wait in the cold and rain.

- bus was overcrowded and uncomfortable.

- Long queue(outside the door) when we arrived at the key collection point, which took about 15mins to eventually get the car keys.

- Being charged an extra £40 for being two days late due to French air traffic strike with no facilities to amend my booking on their app.

- being given my car keys with the incorrect bay number, when i was on my way back to the office to complain i noticed it was in bay CQ55 but the marked up tag stated CO55.

- Then getting to the barrier and it not operating even though the screen was reading my car registration, pressed the help button and was asked for the booking reference number which i handed in the key collection point and could not remember, while i was standing by the barrier trying to speak to someone in the rain a long queue formed behind me, eventually the barrier was opened.

All the above was not what i expected after a flight.

I contacted the airport complaints dept but was given the standard responses, sorry but there is nothing we can do? No reduction offered regarding the extra costs and the poor service provided. They mention me claiming from my holiday insurance but as there is an £100 excess payable this would not be suitable?

Shocking

Left an immaculate car for 10 days. On our return we were horrified at the state of the car. It was caked in mud outside. There was also mud on all four floor mats. The car had obviously been rallied in a muddy field with passengers.

At least £4 in coins was also taken. We didn’t bother to record the mileage as thought we’d booked with a reputable company…wrong!

We complained on site but no one seemed bothered at all. A follow up complaint was a waste of time too.

Will never use this outfit again. Disgusted

Damaged My Car And Didn’t Tell Me, Refused To Repair Damage

Dropped off and immaculate car. Collected a car with a dent in the driver door! Went straight in to get staff to come look and check their camara’s and pictures they take on arrival. They did this and saw there was NO dent when the car was dropped off. They came to take pictures and apologised for the damage caused to my car. Also the fact that nobody had owned up that they’d hit my door. They filled out the paperwork and gave us a number to contact when we got home. We’ve done this and they have now said that the damage could’ve been caused while the car was waiting to be collected and have refused any liability.

Won’t be using again! Disgusting!! Pay for parking thinking your car is safe and come home to dented door!!!

Excellent Service

Excellent service from Silver Zone Parking.

Nothing is too much trouble, receptionist and other drivers all take time that you have a relaxed travel whilst leaving your car.

I wouldn’t leave my car anywhere else.

Do Not Trust Them With Your Car!!!

I entrusted my car into the care of the Silver Zone car park back in May largely on the basis it was an "Official" Bristol Airport Carpark This was misplaced, as their staff/contractor Mego Aviation Services caused circa £2k damage to my car whilst they were moving it to a storage area. They reversed another customer’s Lexus SUV into my VW Golf and didn’t tell me, this is reprehensible at best!

Fortunately I noticed the damage upon my return and it was captured on my dashcam. Whilst they have picked up the repair and hire costs, my car was with the repairer for over a month and have only just got it back. At no time do I feel Bristol Airport have tried to reduce the inconvenience or have acted with integrity. I have had to chase them at every stage re hire car arrangements, making payment to the repairer and had to take off work to obtain 3 estimates

I recognise there are far more important things to worry about at the moment, however the hassle etc has been significant. I will never trust them with my keys again!

Avoid! They Have Zero Respect For Your Property!

I left my vehicle here for the 3rd time, first 2 times using them I've not had any issues. But this time I came back to my van at 8am, to the driver's window left wide open (in the rain) and the radio absolutely blaring on 'Capital Xtra'. My seat setting had been completely altered - I understand if the seat needs to be moved forwards and backwards, but you don't need to be reclining to move a vehicle to storage, come on now.

That was all irritating enough for me as I am extremely OCD. But almost exactly a month on and my rear number plate has fallen off because it had been fixed on with PARCEL TAPE!!!! I fitted my own private plates with proper adhesive tape and the van hadn't been anywhere BUT the silver zone, so why the hell was my rear plate removed and stuck back on with parcel tape??? Honestly, we pay good money to park our cars with you, the LEAST you could do is RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY! If we ever use you again, you'll be on film.

Left Sunroof Open In Rainy Day

Today we was collecting car from Bristol Airport silver zone car park and the driver was messing around with my car. He left sun roof open around 1 inch and all of a sudden it was a couple of rainy days. You can imagine how it look like. I've send them a message, will see what they respond. All electrics will get bad in the short future. So disapointed. I have Ford Kuga 2013 flight ref. nr. 1295H was parked up CH34

Never Again!!!

Parking up was easy and was pleased. Returned from our holiday after being already delayed and up at 3am that morning to find our car had been damaged with a crack nearly half way across our windscreen!!! The supervisor at the office blamed us straight away trying to say we drove the car in with a 2inch crack already and due to hot weather this had worsened the crack!!! I assure you this was not the case and never would i drive a car with a 2inch crack across the windscreen with my child in the car!! Supervisor was very unhelpful and instantly blameful towards us!! Customer care is shocking!! On inspection most of the drivers moving these cars seemed very young and adolescent boys which I would say need a course in driving around in other people's cars with more care and concern. This was obviously damaged by a stones being flicked up by cars being driven inappropriately!!

Will never use again and would advice anyone against it especially if you have a nice car.

Shockingly Awful!!! Park Elsewhere Is My Advice

Drop off was ok, parked up and gave key and bay number.

However the return journey was a joke!

Arrived after a long delay to be crammed onto a packed bus and then to find they had lost our car and key! No explanation given and we were left to wait along with approx 10 other customers with the same outcome.

Customer service was non existent with not one member of staff taking ownership of the issue. They were rude, confrontational and absolved all responsibility. Not one person apologised and offered to help. We were just ignored.

After 2 hours (I kid you not) we were eventually given our key. My daughter was exhausted and had a panic attack whilst waiting.

This was the most expensive car parking we have ever used (£90 for 6 days) and probably the worst ever. It was a bitter end to a lovely holiday and really added to the stress of flying under the current situation of cancelled and delayed flights. Never ever will I fly from Bristol Airport again, and if I could give Silver zone parking a MINUS FIVE RATING I would. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Bluegate

Do you have to leave your car keys with Silver zone? What would happen if you didn't? I don't like leaving my keys as you are always fearful that something could happen to your car
