I Have Had Very Bad Experience With This Company.

I have had very bad experience with this Company. My Car was very damaged and they would not admit to liability. I would never use them again, would rather pay extra to park elsewhere and have piece of mind knowing my Car was ok on my return!

Safer Parking On The Street

Parked here are returned to find they had lost my car and keys. I offered to help the lone member of staff look for it and finally found it 30 mins later out with the car park in an unused area of ground adjacent to the car park with the keys on the windscreen. My car was one of about 15 with the keys on it. Very angry, I asked the member of staff to explain and was informed that the cars are driven into an pick up area by the night staff. Quote `they must have forgotten this row'. I asked why my car was not in a secured fenced area with CCTV and was told that this was an over flow area. Anyone could have taken these 15 cars. Will never use again - stay well clear.

Damaged Our New Car

Used the flying scot parking at Edinburgh airport. They left our car in reverse gear against a wall. When my partner turned on the engine the car backed into the wall.

I informed the man of their negligence and they proceeded to call my partner a "effing idiot" for not checking the gear, refused to help us at all. Shouted at us to F off when we left all whilst the man had a cigarette hanging out his mouth.

Prior to this on the bus the family who run it were all shouting at each other through the Walky talkies in slang. As someone who is local to the Edinburgh area I felt embarrassed for my City.

We are going to liaise with our lawyer about this situation.

A lesson learned do not go for the cheapest option.

Cheeky Staff

They accused me of deliberately putting down the wrong return flight so that I could save a day's payment! Staff member was arrogant and gave his speech in front of other customers, one of whom got the same treatment. Disgraceful behaviour and it was so bad that the other customer was nearly going to punch him but refrained thankfully. Was told my name and car were on "a list". What a cheeky shower of absolute pratts. I told them in direct terms that they could basically shove their car park sideways.

They all need to go on a customer relations course. That said, the drivers were pleasant so they can be excluded from all of this

Dont Leave Your Keys With These Idiots

if you return to find that your car is damaged dont expect any of these imbiciles to help, manager julie needs to enroll on a management skills course, unable to return calls(as rest of staff are),then unbelieveably hangs up during your call.incompetent staff are inevitable with incompetent, aggressive and rude managers. will never leave my car keys with this lot again. truely shocking experience.

I Left My Car For A Week In The Flying Scot Car Pa

I left my car for a week in the flying Scot car park. The service to and from the airport was faultless, however when i returned home i noticed that the door of my car was badly scratched and there was a chip out of the side of the door. As it was dark on when i picked up my car i didnt not notice the damage until the following day. And as my car is parked in a garage overnight the damaged definately happened at Flying Scot. When i phoned them they were not interested. If you are looking for airport parking i strongly recommend that you do noy use Flying Scot as it is now costing me £562 to get the damage fixed and has put a dampner on the holiday, i would have been better paying for taxis.
