Broken Windscreen

Parked my car for two weeks from 09/09/2012 to 21/09/2012.

And returning to my car i found a foot long crack in the windscreen.

When i reported it to the woman in the office i was told they are not liable and to go through my own insurance.I will never use this company again, it is not safe to leave your car in their compound and they wont accepy any liability for damage.

Nightmare Parking At Flying Scot

Went on holiday in July and came back to find car wing damaged. Reported to office who appeared helpful at time, but that was the end of co operation.Heaven forbid you may have to deal with Dot the manageress who will give you all sorts of excuses. Another company who, as long as things go OK they are OK to deal with. When things go wrong you will find out how

they really treat their customers. Ended up going through my insurance company to have the repair carried out but despite Flying Scot admitting liability, I have been unable to get my £100.00 excess back from their insurance and it is now November. I would have been cheaper to get a limousine to take me to the airport. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Driver To The Airport Was Non-communicative - Not

Driver to the airport was non-communicative - not rude but certainly not friendly - actually complained that we had four cases (between five people). Driver on the way back was rude, verbally abusive and we were left standing at the airport for at least twenty minutes after phoning them to pick us up. He was dropping other passengers off and hadn't been told we were waiting and due to the fact he was finishing his shift was obviously unhappy about picking us up. Would never, ever use this company again and would never ever recommend that anyone else uses this company.

I Have Now Used Both Glasgow And Edinburgh Flying

I have now used both Glasgow and Edinburgh flying Scot and would definitely use the Flying Scot in Edinburgh. They are very helpful and happy staff.

This Would Have Been A Good Bet. Unfortunately It

This would have been a good bet. Unfortunately it was ruined entirely by the cavalier attitude of the people responsible for parking the cars. I was offended by the flagrant disregard with which my car and others were being treated. The management must ensure that employees exercise a great deal of care when they are given the keys to someone else's car.

I Booked This Car Park For 2 Weeks In July And Was

I booked this car park for 2 weeks in July and was involved in an accident on the way to the airport, I therefore had to cancel booking but did so before my check in time. When I emailed Flying Scot asking for a refund, they didn't even acknowledge it. I wrote to them explaining what had happened, they wrote back saying that they only charge a cancellation fee if cancelled 24 hours before arrival. As this was cancelled after that, they were charging the full fee £55, how inconsiderate!
