Avoid At All Costs!

Do not be fooled by the low price. The service was truly appalling. A professional would photo the car to ensure that any damage is not the fault of the company; this was not done and so from the outset my apprehension about the operation was was raised but too late to change. The real problem was the misrepresentation of the 'Meet and Greet' offer. Despite following instructions assiduously we waited well over two hours for the return of the car at LHR T5 Level 4 car park. There was only one cell phone number that was continually engaged or unavailable and when I did eventually get through I was repeatedly lied to about where the car was and when it would arrive. I have no idea how securely my car was parked as I failed to get answers on this point. They need to raise their game and employ more staff and give then lessons in customer service and communication. Do yourself a favour and avoid Meet and Greet Heathrow Airport Parking provided by "Heathrow Meet and Greet Services LTD".

They Will Cancel Booking On You The Day Before You Fly

Beware, this company will cancel your booking on you right before you are due to fly. I ended up paying a lot more for parking as it was so last minute when they cancelled. To matters worse, they also do not refund you! It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I have left a message on one phone and their mobile number given is the wrong number.

Filthy Car On Collection

Used the service on our last trip in Aug 19 upon collection there was a huge mess of bird droppings and car was covered in a film of grime and dirt looked like it had been stored on a building site when asked how this had happened was told I would get a response in a few days - I did get a response just saying not able to help with this complaint-shall be never using again

Damage To My Vehicle

When I collected my car it had a scratch all the way down one side. We questioned the staff and they took pictures. They then emailed us a few days later today say that they would not be doing anything about it as the damage must’ve happened in their car park and not when one of their drivers was driving it. Therefore it was not their responsibility. Absolutely shocked at this response!

Awful awful company. Do not be fooled by them with their link to Heathrow airport.

Car Covered In Poo....

Firstly I should say that the Official Heathrow meet and greet service itself its good. No problem with that. You arrive, you hand over your keys to efficient staff and they take your car away. Its there for you on return and off you go. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

The main issue I had was with them returning my relatively clean car absolutely covered in baked on bird droppings. I'm an easygoing guy but it was pretty bad. I spoke to the guy at the desk and he got his manager who agreed it was pretty rancid and took photos - no issue with the immediate response - but on following up to see if there was anything the company was prepared to do about this I have been totally fobbed off. It took two attempts to get them to write any sort of apology and there was absolutely no question of any form of recompense - even a small % off a future booking was out of the question.

Look, I know that cars get dirty and I wasn't looking for a full refund or anything like that. However a quick 'sorry' (ie not one I had to wrestle out of them..) and some minor form of recognition that the car was in their care and ideally speaking, I really shouldn't have had to spend half an hour scrubbing large amounts welded-on bird jobbies off it straight after my holiday.

So in a nutshell - good service but very poor customer care and little recognition that the vehicle needs to be returned in a similar condition. I can only hope this "Not our problem mate" attitude does not extend to any actual damage that may occur to the vehicles they take responsibility for...

Use Mbw At Your Own Risk!

On arrival all things looked ok, the duty controller greeted me and the assessed my car and marked on their collection sheet no damage, he then handed the keys to a driver who took the car away.

On return I was greeted with my car with severe damage to both front and rear damage to the alloy wheels, the duty controller was very apologetic but reassured me this wouldn’t be a problem as they are insured “as this happens a lot” he said.

I emailed the company whilst still in the car park with pictures and to date have been told unless I have photographic evidence of the condition of my car when I dropped it off MBW are not liable... this is an absolute scandal and I am facing a £500 repair bill to repair 2 alloy wheels and replace 1 tyre.

Please do not use this company

Mbw Parking Avoid

MBW Parking – warning, do not use them. Their Managing Director will not man-up and speak to me, what a despicable excuse for an MD. Be warned, they are incompetent with drop off and pick ups, have damaged my car in their care and will not accept the damages, despite their delivery driver acknowledging they were there. Their administration is appalling, customer service non-existent and their honesty in absolute question. I booked through London Parking who have not yet acknowledged to resolve the issue. Be warned, take a taxi to the airport, don’t reply on them.

We are very sorry that you feel that your enquiry was not dealt with the way that you had hoped. The delivery driver did not acknowledge that the alleged damage had been caused by the company, he merely agreed that there was damage present.

Customers are required to follow simple instructions and procedures which are made very clear and are highlighted upon booking as well as on the company website. We had received the incorrect information and cannot change what we have received without consent from the customer. The customer had received a confirmation email 2 days before the travel date with what they are suggesting was the "wrong" terminal, this should have been corrected before the date and with the booking agent.

The claim you made for damage was declined as you did not follow procedure and unfortunately the company is unable to pay for damage without firm evidence. This customer attacked a member of staff with a barrage of abuse, including racist comments and personal threats. Thousands of customers a month use MBW Meet and Greet Parking and as a Police/ Park Mark Accredited provider of parking at Heathrow Airport, we are proud of the service that we offer and will continue to offer. Abuse and racism will not be tolerated and the customer has been reported.

Dont Use We Deal Meet And Greet

Absolutely terrible. This is not a meet and greet service at all and would not recommend to anyone! We were travelling from Heathrow T4 and as requested phoned them 25 minutes before hand to notify . On arrival we had to wait another 50 mins for someone to come as was told they were helping out a disabled customer. I might be wiring but pretty sure the airport has services for this? When he eventually did arrive he came with no ID, didn't check the car or take the mileage (we took photos of everything instead). No confirmation receipt of pick up as was told it would be emailed which never arrived. So for 3 weeks we were worried some random had taken our car! Given the experience we decided to call them before we collected our baggage only to be told we would need to wait for 40 minutes (after 18 hours of travel time!). One hour later called them again and was told should be another 20 mins at least as helping (yet again) another customer this time who's flight was delayed! Call me sceptical but I don't believe a single word these guys say! Just over an another 30 mins later still not here so called them again and yet again helping customers!!! Told to wait another 10 minutes! 15 minutes later still no one but the driver called and said another 10 minutes. You can probably guess but 10 minutes later still not here. Anyway the car turned up at 9:40 almost 2 hours from when we first called them! When you thought it was over they hadn't paid the car parking ticket so that was another £3.80! Asked for a full refund, got no apology and told to email them...let's see. Worst meet and greet company ever!

Dont Book Ur Cars With Ipark,europarking,and Perfect Parking

I parked my car with all these three companies i park, perfect parking and europarking. But at the end same person come to collect my car from three different companies. I was shocked. They are not professional. I received my car with dent on it but there's no customer service. So Please don't book your cars with them.
