Looks like a company that keeps changing it’s name - booked under simply fly, paperwork says parkxpert, desk says blue circle parking - guess they’re renaming to avoid the poor reviews. Guy at the check in was ignorant , argumentative and most unhelpful. When I called to say we had picked up our baggage, they said car was there - it wasn’t and, took hzz as of an hour for the car to come back to car park on our return,

They DENTED MY CAR,BIRD POO ALL AROUND IT AND NO APOLOGIES!! TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM!

My flight got cancelled: I tried to get my car back. For 2.5 hours I was told my car was on its way back. After 59 phone calls I was told they could not get my car back. After overnight at hotel in Gatwick, still could not get my car hm for over 5 jours. Useless, insulting and incompetent staff: will never use again.

We waited almost an hour for our car to be delivered to us and their employee did not apologise, he merely muttered that he had two customers before us and made up excuse after excuse. Surely it’s not a 1 man band so we shouldn’t have waited that long! We literally l could have walked home sooner.

In addition to this, their website says NO HIDDEN CHARGES, we paid £10 for their employee to drive the car into the car park when we first arrived and £10 to exit.

Our car has probably been left in a field for a week. Wouldn’t use or trust or recommend.

Our parking i Stansted back in April turned out to be a nightmare!

We had confirmation and instructions to park in the long stay car park @ Stansted, on arrivel weere told that the car was not registered?

After having to drive around different car parks to no avail! Eventually we were allowed to drive in to the long stay car park on condition that we may haveo pay the full fare , on our return 5 day later!

Consequently we had to make phonecalls and were extremely worried whilst on holiday abroad that we would not be able to leave the car park on return!

I will never use this organisation again!!!!!

STAY CLEAR! My car was returned to me damaged on our return from holiday a few days ago. The operator parked it in a dark part of the car park at 1 a.m even though there was no one around and we were clearly waiting for it at the door - perhaps the two things are connected. Company is unresponsive - my email with photos have been ignored. I intend to take legal action. Wish I'd read the reviews on this company first. Learn from my mistake!

Excellent service. Everything worked very smoothly. A great, stress-free way to start the holiday! We always booked through Simply Park and Fly, one of the best airport parking comparison website.

I suppose all companies have their problems but I can only speak as I found them. Helpful, very very professional, courteous, on time and very very easy to understand on the phone. Car was fine ( a new Mercedes ) what more can I say.. will book again without hesitation. The best company by far we have used for parking.

I'll keep this short as this company has caused me enough stress and regret. We booked them in May as we went to South Africa for 2 weeks, we got back and 3 weeks later got 5 parking tickets through. They had took our car and parked it illegally half the time we were away, I have appealed it and was told I have to pay it as it's down to the keeper... This company is fraudulent and has hundreds of complaints against it through the trading standards, I have contacted Watchdog, the ombudsman and citizens advice, I want to take them to court. If anyone had a similar situation please comment on my feed to see what you are doing. EVERYONE PAY A LITTLE MORE AND AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!

It is with deep regret that I have to post a review as I felt it was important for others to know how terrible this valet company is. I made a last minute decision to go with this valet firm ‘ simply park and fly’ as it was cheaper by a few pounds. Little did I know that it will end up waiting for an hour both for pick up and drop services. They use terrible excuse of traffic around when the were notified 45,15 minutes before reaching airport and still valet driver not turning up for close to 45 minutes. Likewise slightly worse experience on the return when they were informed on landing and after bag pick up. If you want to save time and hassle, avoid this lot. Not worth the time and money. All using F word in normal conversation.
