Be Careful On The Scanner. My Watch Was Stolen The
Be careful on the scanner. My watch was stolen there last week. It disappeared from the cassette from the conveyor belt, while the workers on the scanner were rubbing my fingers and backpack with those strips, the watch disappeared. I reported to the workers at the scanner, they were searching the conveyor belt and cassettes
but they did not find him. When I called the policeman to report the theft, of course he didn't understand English, and I didn't have time anymore because my flight had taken off... They probably could have checked the cameras if they had been more cooperative, but they weren't. I would have insisted on it, but I had to go... Otherwise, everything else at the airport worked great.

Alicante Is A Popular Area To Visit, With Lots Of
Alicante is a popular area to visit, with lots of good features. Benidorm is a favourite destination, and deservedly so as it is clean, quite up market and packed with features that would appeal to virtually anyone. It is some distance from the airport, but connections are not too bad.

The Alicante Airport Arrivals Area Has A Well Pric
The Alicante Airport arrivals area has a well priced cafe/bar, with a reasonable selection, but can get very crowded, as indeed the whole airport can. On the whole though it's pleasent enough, as airports go. Departure area is throughfully laid out with view over the tarmac and comfortable seats and air con.
Check area can get very busy and very hot as the Qs can stretch outside the doors, leaving you to melt on the pavement outdoors in summer.
If your trying to get into the city from the airport there is a TAM city bus (C6) that serves the airport, going to the intercity bus station in the city centre and the Puerta Del Mar tram terminus on the waterfront. It runs every 30 to 40 minutes and is the cheapest way into town and very convienient. It's rarely crowded so luggage isn't too much of a problem unless you brought the kitchen sink.
