Great car hire company. First class communication when we booked, always responded to any email questions, had exactly the car we wanted although, they took the trouble to contact us shortly before we left the UK asking if we wanted a free upgrade to a newer car. Met us at the airport as soon as we entered the arrivals hall, didn't have to queue or take a shuttle to the car hire desks, our car was outside the terminal. Clean and up to date car, easy handover. No hidden extras and just as importantly no pressure to upgrade or purchase any 'extras'. Just as easy on the way home, we were met where we had agreed to meet and the handover was easy and quick. Great service and very refreshing having had some car hire disasters in the past
