One major recommendation don't use this company but if you do, you MUST check the car and mark the slightest of scratches, although their form does not cover this in the list of items to select. Write it in.

Our experience was given the small damage on the bumper was not enough to be ticked on the form, convincing us they were aware of it 'no worries' at 6am in the morning at airport.

24hrs before flying back we were accosted by the owner (large intimidating/bully behaviour - in my opinion (female))who had waited for us to leave a cafe, standing by our car. Shouting that we had damaged the car, which we had not and had not reported it etc. No reason to do this as we had paid full cover anywhere, so he would not be out of pocket and the damage was the same present on collection. The car company had already taken the money from our card. When trying to reason with him, to explain it was present before we had the car, he walked up to me within inches of my face shouting, until a colleague of his stepped in. I share this to ensure no one else goes through this experience and it ruins your holiday.

We were met at the top near the cable car landing, which is *port-side* in Santorini language, so at first it was a little confusing, but the Santorini Rent-a car agent was very friendly and helpful, with lots of useful island info to make our visit a big success! The car was clean and exactly what we hoped for..large, automatic compact at a very reasonable price. We drove the entire island during our one day trip..can't imagine visiting Santorini without a car. You would miss the total experience, for sure! Many beatiful beaches, lookouts, and interesting places to visit that would be impossible without Santorini Rent-a car services! They provide a great service to all visitors! Thank you!

I had made my order 4 months in advance so i could get a decent car. At my arrival at the port I couldn't find the agent so I called to get directions of his location, to find him drinking coffe at a caffeteria far away! Allthough the car was 400 meters away he insisted on me signing the contract and paying him. Then his helper took me to my rental to find an old Daewoo (not even a Chevrolet) Matiz with, as I found out, terrible brakes! Angry as I was, I rechecked my contract an saw that I had payed for a radio that wasn't there! I used the absence of the radio to force them to replace my car, the next day, with what I had payed for, a Panda. A total waste of money and a disgrace to the Greek honest professional tourist business!

Had a wonderful time last March (2011) driving around in a virtually new Smart Cabrio in Santorini. I thought the vehicle drover well, loved its size, good on gas, was and overall was extremely great value for the money. The only negative was they were late delivering the vehicle at our hotel and I had to offer a ride back to the driver who brought the car to us. But short of these two small details it was good times overall!

I've rented a Nissan Micra at Santorini Airport. The car was almost new, ery clean and very cheap:) The guy who deliverd the car was very helpfull, gave us few tips about the Island and after filling the necessary paperwork (aprox 5 min) we hit the road :).

The drop off of the car was the same smoth as the pickup. Deffinately will choose this company if I ever come to Santorini:)

Hi, let me start this review by saying that normally I dont like to write any review for any company but this company is really an exception. We rented online a Fiat Punto to be delivered at the Santorini Airport however our flight were delayed nearly two hours. By the time we finally landed at Santorini me and my family were totaly disosted, also I didn't expected that by the time we arrive the company rep will be waiting for us. I was pleasantly surprised that on the contrary the company rep (nice guy) were waiting for us with a big smile. The car was almost new and cleanless. Needless to say that the price was the lowest on the market... I would deffinately rent from them again.
