Absolutely poor customer service at the Auckland City branch and reservation staff member Shy who gave us a quote and then charged us 6x the quote he/she gave us originally. Shy said she/he had quoted us the incorrect price...so that’s our fault how? Mediocre and gives the impression that he/she (Shy) is out of their depth and has zero courtesy or customer service skills or empathy to kindly help others.

Absolutely first class quality customer service at the branches as well as on the phone when I called to extend my hire.

The whole process was so easy from selecting the right car on their website to arriving at the depo to pick the car up. The car was ready and waiting for us.

The staff were both friendly and very helpful.

I chose the Toyota C-HR it’s was only a year old with 30.000 kms on the clock. It was in perfect condition inside and out. It drove so smoothly and was super comfortable. I loved the car so much that I’m going to buy one.

When it came to dropping the car back it was after hours so we where told to park the car on the lot and put the keys in the drop box. Too easy!

Now I’ve hired from Go Rentals I would never use anyother car hire company!

No nonsense deal, great value, you are dealing with lovely people and the tech behind it is great = phone app and great communication via email. These are the go to rental car people. I use these guys whenever we travel and I have never been disappointed.

This company will charge you a 10% cancellation fee during Covid-19 when we have no other option as New Zealand is in lockdown and we simply CANNOT travel. 

I manage a car rental company in Australia and we have cancelled all bookings without fee as it is beyond the customer's control.

Thank you for my "future credit" but seriously, have a think about the loss of customer's you will experience due to this absolute greed.

GPS was not updated Our own GPS we took over was more helpful Staff and service were great
