Hired a car from Quality Car Rentals in October/November 2014. Poor customer service at pickup. Later noticed that rear tyres were different sizes. 175 and 185. Illegal in New Zealand. When we got the OK to fix it at their tyre dealers, the Auckland office told the dealer to replace the 185 on the rear with a 175. This made the car legal. We spent the next three weeks driving with 185s on the front and 175s on the rear! Cheap car but not worth it.
