Even with zero excess the cars are very good value, and go well. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Easy to deal with. Friendly team that ensured nothing was a problem, explained everything. Even allowed me to change travel plans without hassle or delay. Great locations and no charge for pickup from the airport.

Have used omega twice now, first time i wasnt able to get the car i actually booked online but this wasnt a huge deal.

Make sure you realise that they do not have an actual site at the wellington airport they will pick you up and take you to their depot nearby, this can take a little longer than the other car companies.

Excellent value for money and the staff are really prompt.

First timer with renting a car and this wouldn't be my last Omega were friendly staff members even the transfer driver completed my journey to and from the airport very affordable for myself I would use Omega all the time when renting a vehicle top notch actually the guys at reception should smile often service deserve more than five stars petrol efficient as well

I have been renting small cars from Omega for many years, when I come down to Wellington every month.

Other members of my family have also used Omega when coming to Wellington for family occasions and found their rental programme very economical and offering excellent service.

The "Team" at Wellington Airport & Wellington City Branch are very friendly, considerate and helpful and make the whole rental experience excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Omega Rental Cars.

I found out my mum was gravely unwell and needed to get to her asap. I booked a flight from Melbourne to Wellington to arrive at midnight that same day.

Omega was the only budget car rental I could find out of four I had tried who would leave the car at the airport for me to pickup at midnight.

The car ( Mazda demio) was a great little goer. It was very economical and got me to Wanganui that night without any issues.

My only issue in the two weeks I had the car was a flat tyre. As I had full cover insurance, I rang Omega car rentals for advice as in the past I have hired a car with AA included. The man I spoke to at Omega sounded quite bored and told me it was up to me to sort it and that insurance didn't cover tyres. This annoyed me as I was only trying to do the right thing by them to fix the puncture to their preference and I am not from nz so expected them to be a little more helpful.

Luckily I was able to call my brother who advised that Tony's tyre service would fix the tyre for me so I wasn't driving on the space saver spare.The tyre was sorted in a day with no help from Omega.

As usual from Omega Wellington, excellent speedy service -pick up and drop off so smooth. Good car - very clean and comfortable. Nice people.

We flew into Wellington & were met by the Omega rep for the short trip to the depot to collect rental car. Easy, efficient 2 mins & then we were on our way. Our flight out of Wellington was outside hours for Omega but the drop off couldn't be more simple. We left the car at the public parking area at the airport as instructed. Simple, easy & saved us time to get onto the flight.

We hired a car from Omega to collect in Christchurch and drop off to Wellington. ChCh were flexible and allowed us to pick up earlier than booked. Car was excellent. Drop off at Wgtn was quick and easy with immediate shuttle to the airport. The price was good value. We paid the extra to have $0 excess which was great peace of mind. Would definitely rent a car through Omega again.
