ABAS Costa Blanca

Shouting at us to hurry as we were holding up the bus even though our flight came in early.

Terrible staff representing the company at the airport. They really didn't want to be working there and made that very clear when dealing with us. We just needed a little help and advice so not to leave two young girls abandoned at the airport instead we were shouted at.

Rude, arrogant staff don't waste your time and the start of your holiday, choose another more welcoming company that will put you in the mood to start your holiday !!!!

1st. Can definitely not recommend ABAS bus transfers.

Arrived at airport and informed of bus number, informed would be waiting 15 minutes for another aeroplane to land. Plane wasn’t due in for 40 minutes? Over 1 hour sitting on bus waiting for other passengers. No assistance from bus representative.

2nd. Then the journey started, either the buses are on the road illegally or the driver could not work the controls. Could not clear the windscreen inside. Misted up and he drove along the motorway recklessly and dangerously. His view was so bad, he had to pull off the motorway to clean window with a cloth. Arrived at town and again he could not see out of windscreen. He was lucky not to knock someone over at a crossing.

Honestly, stay clear of this company. Dangerous and reckless

Had a problem with my initial booking - however, was put in touch with an Abas representative (JB) who was fantastic and stepped in to help with my booking.

Received a refund from Hoppa. Really pleased with the staff at Abas who were extremely helpful. Thanks

We were given a slip of paper and told where our coach was. After over an hours delay the coach set off dropping people at their hotels. After an hour and a half started to get worried and showed our ticket to the driver. He shouted at us in Spanish and threw us off the coach at 2 o'clock in the morning. We had to ask passers buy how to get to our hotel which was 20 minutes walk away.

Nobody had taken the trouble to explain to us that we were supposed to get off at a particular bus stop in Benidorm? For the return journey we made other arangements.

Transferred with abas in December 2016 was very disappointed to have a one and a half hour wait for a couple who didn't show. If this is their speedy shuttle I would hate to be the slow one.

I We were appointed ABAS Costa blanca (formally resort hopper) as our coach transfer for a holiday in Benidorm booked through Travel Republic.

On arrival at ABAS coach check in area I was greeted with a British lady who obviously could not be bothered dealing with customers, we were grunted at & advised we were late despite being 15 mins before check in time, the driver placed our suitcase in the hold, the coach we were put on I'm frankly surprised was road legal the smell of fumes and the noise it made was horrendous,

When we arrived at our destination our case was missing from the luggage hold and trying to deal with the driver was impossibly difficult as the only English he could speak was "I don't have time for this" as he drove away.

I immediately called ABAS to speak to another English lady who simply couldn't be bothered dealing with the inconvenience of a lost/stolen suitcase! Or another problem customer. They offered no support whatsoever as to the missing suitcase other than to phone the authorities apparently it wasn't the driver or a company problem

You don't realise what you've got until it's gone and having no luggage really put a dampener on the holiday.

Unsurprisingly the coach back to the airport was just horrific as we waited for the wheels to fall off!

I cannot recommend ABAS Costa Blanca, and would strongly suggest anyone look at alternative transport to save a disappointing holiday like mine!
