On 23 May 2024, Very Bad Customer Experience.
On 23 May 2024, The hired car, Fiat Panda Hybrid, broke down on our way back to the click and rent branch in Torrelano, Alicante, at 2.30pm.
We phoned the branch for assistance.
After many phone calls and disappointments, a tow truck with car, plus a taxi with passengers and luggage, took us to the Hire car branch at about 9 pm. YES, seven and a half hours later !!!
No apologies from Branch staff, they were only interested in the car, plus, to get us out of the office.
I have emailed the company for our expenses plus distress compensation. Because we missed our flight home. So we had to find temporary accommodation, plus a return flight costing us 450 euros flight only.
If I have no satisfactory outcome from Click and Rent company. Then, myself, friends and relatives, will be contacting as many media outlets that we can. Giving very bad reviews of this company.
I will keep you informed of this incidents progress. Via trust Pilot, plus many other outlets of social media. This is terrible service.
