We initially used flamenca to hire cars when we first purchased a property in Murcia but subsequently bought our own car and now use their parking service. We love flamenca because it’s straight forward, no hidden costs. Reliable service at all times has been our experience but most of all you actually get a feeling of a personal service rather than just a big company. All staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble . We would never use anyone else .

All went extremely well. I was anxious as it was our first time but after phoning the agent she was so helpful. She immediately put me at my ease telling me not to stress and gave me clear directions and instructions . She was wonderful and made the whole process easy and a pleasant experience.

In April this year, 2024, I decided to assess our car parking facility in Spain in the Region of Murcia. At present we can fly into either Alicante or Murcia airports so required dual parking for our Spanish registered vehicle. The present company we used had increased their price for 2024, considerably, which made us reflect on what best suited our needs. With this and whilst driving around the region we came across an advertisement campaign on the radio for Flamenca Cars that were now offering dual car parking at both Alicante and Murcia airports at a introductory price of €350.00.

With this I made initial contact with Flamenca Cars where I was introduced to a very nice lady. She is one of the lead managers with Flamenca Cars made us feel very at ease and reassured us from the very 1st phone conversation. We were then invited to the parking facility at Flamenca Cars at Murcia airport to meet in person and go through the details of what Flamenca Cars offer when you leave the vehicle with them whilst you return home to the UK or wherever. Throughout the meeting, where she absolutely covered the whole parking agreement, myself and my wife were fully at ease and any questions we had we answered. We have our own car cover to protect the vehicle whilst we are away and she reassured us that Flamenca Cars staff will cover the vehicle with the protective cover when it’s parked up in the vehicle compound. I will stress at no time did we feel pressured to go into contract with Flamenca Cars we were only given true facts to take into consideration when selecting a new provider to leave our car with when we returned to the UK.

I will also say any correspondence regarding questions we had following the meeting or our contact, either via WhatsApp or emails, were very promptly replied to which, for me, is so reassuring so customer service and attention to detail are second to none.

Regarding our contact with the staff we have met, again this has been exceptional and very friendly. When we left the car at Alicante airport for our very first time we were given very precise information and instructions for the procedure to drop the vehicle off. Before we arrived at the airport we were contacted by one of the staff members, about what to do and where he would be located in the airport car park. When we arrived at the location within the multi-story car park, he was in the exact location he said he would be, awaiting our arrival. He then went through the procedure for getting to the airport departures terminal along with reassuring us he would take good care of our vehicle. He also reassured me that he would personally put the vehicle protective cover on the car himself. I will say at this point we had not even got through security within the airport when I received a WhatsApp message and photograph from him saying our car was parked up and the cover was on, I was certainly not expecting that in that short space of time and for that I was very impressed and very grateful.

Finally I would just like to say first impressions are very important to me and what we have experienced and have received to date have been above and beyond what we were expecting and both have certainly gone above and beyond for Flamenca Cars as a company and we look forward to many years of the same customer service and attention to detail both personally and to fellow customers of Flamenca cars.

Great company, exchange of car on collection and return effortless. Staff friendly have already booked again for May. Would highly recommend no hidden charges (especially insurance) what you are asked to pay is what you pay. Only thing to remember it says on returning the vehicle go to the barrier on the far right and up to level 5, doesn't tell you when you get to level 5 turn right again not left, it is Car Park B not A.. that's where their staff are

Been using them for several years. Stress free and no hidden extras. The boss is a smashing chap and staff member I'd patient and helpful. Excellent team. Now using them to look after our Spanish registered vehicle at Alicante and Murcia. Always there and helpful chaps. Deserve praise. Well done.

I rented a car for 5 days last week. Agent was waiting in Murcia airport for us, car was spotless and of excellent quality. No messing around like with the mainstream hire companies. Will definitely use them again in the new year.

Flamenca cars meet you at the front door of the airport and help with your cases to your car which is parked a few metres away. This in total took 10 minutes and we were on our way. Superb!

Slightly more expensive but all insurance is included - you don't need any further top up insurance.

Forget the queuing and collect by minibus that other companies offer - just wish we had found Flamenca cars a few years earlier.
