What a fantastic organisation. I can’t praise Terrys Car Hire and their lovely staff enough . From start to finish it has been friendly and professional. When you land in Majorca you get a text telling you where to pick up your car in the airport car park . You do the same thing when you leave Majorca. So simple and easy.

I lost the car key on the final day and was in

a panic about being on time for the flight and returning the car logistics . I got in touch with Terrys cars and the lovely advisor was professional and kind. She organized someone to bring out a spare key for before 10am. I immediately came down from my panic . This car hire firm was one of the highlights of our trip by making everything regarding car hire seamless.

Exit airport & go straight over to the multi storey car park and return it to the same floor.

It was 80% full of fuel when we picked up and so they asked for it 80% on return which is easy if you keep the key in the ignition the fuel guauge goes up!) think we used 23euros in 4 days traveling around the island - most car companies rip you off paying for a full tank even though you wont use it!

First time I've used Terry's car hire and their brilliant. No waiting at the airport,car is ready to pick up in the car park. Great system. Good quality cars and at a good price,no hidden extras like bigger car hirers have. Car full of fuel when you pick it up just take it back full, easy. Take it back to where you picked it up so simple. Highly recommend them.

I just camed from Mallorca and i rented car from Terry's Car hire.

I am very satisfied about this company, no problems to rent a car and no formalities, u can do everything throught email(fix all papers and payments).

Pick up carr in airport, and leave car in same place where you picked up.

Great, i'm very happy, they maid my holidays better without wories.

I took the recommendations of a few forum users and booked with Terry's Car hire... All the service was simply great - I picked up the car in Can Pastilla office, it was prepared at the agreed time, with full tank, clean, in a great condition, with about 5 ths km mileage - so almost a new car.

The price was less than 1/2 of some of the big name and recommended agents, which worried me at first, but by no means did the price reflect the quality of the car, service, etc! The car was fully insured and with full-full policy (so you do not have to prepay the whole tank for the expensive price, you just refill what you had used). All the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Overall my experince with Terry's was the excellent one and I want to recommend this company to everyone!

Airport Collection and Drop-off was just so simple, The car was better than expected, clean and tidy, and the aircon worked great.

The 'Just replace what you use' fuel idea made it so inexspensive, when you compare to other companies.

The overall customer service and cost makes Terry's Car Hire the only way to go. I give the service 6 Stars.!!!

Used this company a number of times. Found them easy to book, very good value and no high pressure [or dishonest] practices to get you to take out additional insurance cover. Fuel policies better than other companies and no worries about them falsely claiming that you have damaged the car (as other companies are known to do). Customer focus excellent and car easy to collect from airport. I can't praise them enough!!!

Used Terrys for second year running. No queues at airport as they avoid those. Only pay for petrol you use and discount applied as a returning customer. All in all fantastic service. Cannot recommend highly enough.
