I had booked the car hire through the Edinburghrentalcar website and although the car wasn't actually supplied by them the service was great and their website got me the best deal I could hope to find on a 3 week rental with Alamo.

I started my vacation in Edinburgh after a long haul flight and to be honest I really wasn't looking forward to dealing with the car rental forms etc at the airport. I was in for a surprise as the whole process lasted about 10 minutes and there wasn't a queue.

Got a nice compact car to drive and had a great time in Edinburgh.
