I hired an Aston Martin for my girlfriend,s Christmas Present. The car, and delivery and collection were very good, however, unfortunately she brushed the pavement with the drivers side alloy wheel. The damage was picked up during the collection inspection. The bill for repairing a 4" scuff on the alloy-£1,723.23! I can't get out of it because it has been deducted from the £2,500 deposit that I had to pay.

i booked a car for my partners birthday as a suprise. i booked a bentley as my partner loves his bentleys and he has always wanted to buy one, so this would be lovely for his 40th birthday. Prestige organised for a brand new bentley gtc to be delivered and collected from our home. it was a magical moment which me and my partner will not forget. thank you once again for the lovely car, my partner thought he was 21 again while driving around with the roof down.

Company delivered wrong car, was late in picking up the car and is now a week late paying back our £4000 deposit.

Also - only one contact name - "Will" no matter what time you call him. Very very rude.

They are disgusting. I was about to book an Aston Martin, though I found it rather fishy that the price was so low (£1,000 per day, where other companies offered it for £10-15,000). I was told by one of the guys there that I couldn't see the car in person beforehand and not only this, but they were putting pressure on to me to reserve the car, as "they has someone else enquiring about it". After doing some research they just seem to be a bunch of shammers, so please, don't be deceived by their prices and BY NO MEANS BOOK A CAR WITH THEM.

I arranged the hire of a Range Rover over the Christmas period, unfortunately the vehicle of my initial requirement was unavailable so Prestige gave me a complimentary upgrade which was superb, the drop off and collection service was excellent with a very professional and courteous service delivered by the drivers. Prestige were able to accommodate delivery and collection around my working day which was excellent. The vehicle itself was clean and the latest spec vehicle being a 66 plate.

Overall would very much recommend Prestige.

Whatever other reviews you read, do not even contact these people. They will take your 'deposit' money and never give it back. The signs which giveaway that they are not a real company are:

- no real address - I went to check out the one on the website, it's fake

- only one phone number which diverts to various different mobile phones

- they don't give you any contract before paying deposit

- there is only one person you deal with and they mention lots of other names who will call you back (admin, account departments etc.) but you never get to speak to them. They never return calls full-stop.

REALLY, do not use this website. Think about it - how come no other car hire company has the same number of cars as these guys? And how come they aren't as cheap as these guys? And how is it that they are able to be flexible with almost anything you say up until the point you hand your money to them?

I should have seen all of these signs a lot sooner but am gutted that I didn't, I am now £3000 out of pocket. Don't let that happen to you.

These guys are the professionals - they provided the car I was after, delivered it on time in a well managed way, the car was pristine on arrival. I don't even have to go on about how amazing the car was itself - just incredible. But seriously - these are the guys for hiring supercars - I have been through so many other companies who provide such a half-arsed service - I will only be using Prestige car club from now on. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I booked a car for the weekend with these guys 2 weeks ago. After booking my vehicle and being given such a good deal with delivery and collection my friends kept scaring me off saying this is to good to be true. So I was a little worried because this company was cheaper than anyone in the uk.

On the morning of the day I got a call half an hour before I was expecting the vehicle to arrive and I was thinking this is the call to say sorry we can't give you the car. They called to actually say the driver is parked outside on my road and could not find my house. I actually looked out the window and I see the vehicle 5 doors away. I was very happy with the service from the company and the driver. The vehicle was a brand new Mercedes C63 AMG. The vehicle was amazing. This company can offer these great deals and service because they own there own vehicles like most other companies. I have already placed a booking for my partners birthday and I have been given an amazing deal. Advise to you all. Forget shopping around and just call these guys you won't be let down

I contacted Prestige Car Club UK a month ahead of when I wanted my car, the enquiry was in regards to how I could surprise my partner's 30th birthday, the sales team was very helpful over the phone and was very welcoming when I visited them in the office to plan the delivery as I had special requirements.

I went ahead with the Audi R8 which was delivered very discreetly in our drive, and the delivery team waited for over 3 hours, as the surprise took longer than expected as my partner had to sign for the agreement, but it was well worth it. A great thanks to the Prestige Car Club UK team, we will defiantly use you again as they were very understanding! The price was very reasonable, and the car was in very good condition, a great car! My deposit was returned before I handed the key, as I was advised by the office which is great to see a company sticking to their word.
