New, Economic, Clean And Fun To Drive
Good service, booked online, changed the booking easily and fee free. Got through the border to Serbia and back in a flash, no questions or problems from customs. Easy and quick return.
The only issue was the delay of the "green card" (EU insurance) because the external insurance broker was in a lunch break.

Reliable At A Fair Price
I have rented from top rent a car several times. I have used the Sofia and Plovdiv airport service. Plovdiv is the best of the 2 simply better staff who genuinely want to provide a good service. Cars are in great condition and again well checked by staff pointing out any scuffs and scratches. The now electronic system is so much better than the old paper one. Well done top rent a car!

Don’t Rent Here!!!
Never rent from this company, they take advantage of tourists!!!! They want to charge 50 euros because a sticker advertising them was missing!!!! They say that we got it, taking advantage of the fact that we don't speak the language. An arrogant man received our car threatening us, when we also took out insurance that covers everything. Rent from international companies.

As per the terms of the rental agreement, removing or tampering with the branding on the vehicle is not allowed. We confirmed that the branding was removed by you, which is why the charge was applied.
The fee is in place to cover the cost of restoring the vehicle to its original condition and is in accordance with the agreement you signed at the time of the rental. We strive to be transparent with all our policies and regret any confusion.

Chose This Company As It Said Airport Pickup. The
Chose this company as it said airport pickup. The office was closed when I arrived and was directed to terminal 2 using the shuttle bus, which I had wanted to avoid. Then had to take a second minibus to their head office. All a very long process. Ended up costing more and then finally the car I was given had something wrong with the steering. Luckily I am an experienced driver and wasn't speeding. Ended up returning the car earlier and shortening my holiday as didn't trust the car

Taking The Car From One Place Near Sofia 300 Euro?
300 Euro is too much to take back the car from one place near Sofia. We are in Bulgaria, but not in Germany. Also that you want to take the car back to Varna and not Sofia is too inflexible. Sixt and others are more flexible with this. I was able to organize a travel with a person to Sofia, but as one of your employees said it is impossible, I had to wait until I was traveling back to Lovech. where the car was parked. also now, I have to travel again by public transport to take the other car I left there.
Also, each enhancement must be paid by additional operation. Sixt eg. they are doing it automatically and sending only the new contract via email.

I rented a car from the company for 100 days.
Including border crossings to Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Serbia.
High quality new vehicles, no mileage limit, fair prices and the cheapest we found.
The staff at Sofia Airport, and the staff at the offices that prepare all the travel documents are extremely professional people, everything was ready when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we were not delayed, during the days we contacted the company several times and we always received a quick and efficient transfer.
