To whoever it concerns or manages this student's accommodation at uhi inverness campus,

Who is the dean or the person dealing with letting out campus accommodation to booking.com?

I stayed at the student campus unfortunately from 6th-8th July (just checked out half an hour ago) at the uhi inverness campus via my booking made and prepaid via booking.

There is a woman at the student reception (not sure her name), who was absolutely pathetic and rude towards me (booking.com guest!)

By shutting her reception window twice on my face aloud for no reason or rhyme! She needs to be fired!

Just because I requested a hair dryer or pillows (as your pillows weren't comfortable and too flat), this woman at the student reception who is on a night shift was extremely rude and unpleasant towards me! It was shocking!

I have complained to booking.com, and I want my full refund back for this extremely pathetic treatment towards me for no poor fault of mine!

You put the sign conveniently on your reception desk saying "Abuse of any sort will not be tolerated against our staff" !

And you guys think you can get away by treating booking.com guests or students terribly/poorly?

I will complain to the dean of this campus and get your student campus removed from booking.com listing!
