Worst Experience

Worst car rental company ever. No offices, car delivered so filthy couldn't see through back windscreen, no petrol, no working USB, so can't charge phone for GPS, tyres almost bald, front driver sun visor broken and unusable. Staff member didn't turn up at airport for car drop off. Waited and almost missed plane. Had to abandon car in carpark and leave key on wheel. Have just blocked my credit card as don't trust these people at all.

Don't Rent A Car

We rented a car online at VIP cars and the supplier of the car, Nissa, wasn't on the meet and greet at the airport. We had to find the contact ourself and after searching and asking to other persons the man told us there was a problem with the car and they will provide us another, much bigger SUV, for the day and that our rented car will be changed at the hotel.

The man called several times to the Operators Office to get informed.

Suddenly he said that our car was coming and we should wait some more minutes (10-15). After more then half an hour someone came with a car, but that wasn't our rental car. The lady brought us away from the airport to a rental car company nearby.

There was told that there was no car and that we can book a car at the other company. The man of Nissa cars was also at this office but didn't do an effort to help us with the issue of our car.

We asked to call again to the office and the man at the phone told me that we refused a car and that we have to cancel our booking.

We didn't refused any car because there wasn't a car.

The customer service of this company didn't inform us correctly and they kept telling us to cancel our booking.

When we asked the refund of our deposit they told us that they didn't receive any money from us and that we have to ask VIP cars for it.

Absolutely the worst company about communication.

We shall never advice this company to anyone.

Avoid At All Costs

The entire process, from start to finish, was fraught with issues that were both inconvenient and unacceptable.

To begin with, I specifically chose to book with Nissa Rent a Car because the confirmation stated that a representative would meet us at the airport to deliver the car. Instead, upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to leave my wife and two young children standing outside the airport in 40°C heat while the driver took me to an off-site location that was a 10-minute drive away. This was not only inconvenient but also distressing for my family.

Upon arriving at the office, I discovered that the booking had been transferred to a company called “Lease Prise Rental,” not Nissa Rent a Car as originally booked. This was never communicated to me prior to arrival and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Furthermore, the vehicle I was provided with was in deplorable condition, with over 17 documented scratches, dents, and marks. The interior was dirty, smelt of mold, and was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

Due to the situation, I was in a rush to get back to my family, who had now been waiting in unbearable heat for over an hour. To make matters worse, the petrol tank was completely empty, forcing me to find a petrol station immediately after leaving the office.

As I was leaving, the representative ran out and insisted that I sign another form because the car wasn’t theirs but "his friend’s." When I asked for a copy of the document I signed, he outright refused. This behavior is highly suspicious and unprofessional, leaving me feeling extremely uncomfortable with the entire transaction.

Upon returning the car, I was again forced to drop my family at the airport and drive back to the remote office, a service that was not part of the agreement. The inspection process at the return was equally frustrating. They identified a scratch under the front bumper, which was not noted on the original paperwork, and charged me 6300TL for the damage, along with a €20 cleaning fee despite the car only having general dust from the roads.

Despite my protests and requests to see the photos they took before I collected the car, the company refused to cooperate. After an hour of fruitless argument, I was left with no choice but to pay the fine to avoid missing my flight.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed and upset. The level of service provided was far below any acceptable standard, and I feel misled and mistreated at every step.

Do Not Use Nissa Car Rental Antalya Turkey

If you are one of those people who care about basic customer service and want to deal with half decent people then listen up.

If you want to be tricked and deceive and pay your money for mediocre service and perhaps don't get the car as agreed then this review is not for you.

For all others if you want some decent service and not be tricked and deceived to them DO NOT approach this firm at least in Antalya avoid it like the plague.

Issue experience was no reply to messaging, advertised for airport car collection but don't provide, make false accusations as a pretext for cancellation. Do not trust this company they are not trustworthy. If you want to use them and then is disappointed you will only have yourself to blame after this.

They asked me to pay euro 100 as a deposit that will be refunded after car return. I returned the car and they have not refunded the deposit foe almost 3 months now. They would offer you Cheap prices and get as much money from your pocket

2 Rental With Nissa No Issues. Good Service

I rented twice with Nissa Turkey. I booked directly with them, no intermediaries. The price was similar to car rental broker. The insurance is soldby Nissa, in case of drama you have only 1 phone call. The 2 cars i got were in good condition. The car i rent for 2 weeks had only 30000km on the clock. No issue with Nissa and easy booking.

Unsafe Cars And Terrible Customer Service

Unsafe car with faulty brakes, clutch not working properly, worn tyres with warning lights on, no fuel and very rude employees who cant understand simple instructions.

The employees are even worst than the death trap cars they provide.

Terrible Service

Car was in bad condition and there was no one at the office to drop the car off to.

They said they are open 24hours a day and told me to return the car at 6am but no one was in the office to return the car to.

I called and messaged numerous times without a reply so left the keys somewhere safe and walked 1.6km to the airport which they were meant to drop me off to.

Dodgy unreliable company with emplyees who have no idea how to treat customers.

Do not use!!!

Dont Use Nissa

We went through an online comparison website and had a car from Nissa for our stay in Capadoccia. It was terrible. I had booked au automatic car and they brought a manual. When they brought the automatic car the following day, they tried to sell me an insurance, even though it was clear on the booking that I already paid for insurance. There were no papers inside the car. We had a flat tyre after a fairly short drive and when we went to a gas station to put more pressure in the tyre, the garage told us that the tyre was completely worn and we had to change it. We looked for the spare tyre in the boot and there were none!
