Coral Sea Resort

Just returned from Egypt , Coral Sea Resort . People have been asking me , have you had a good holiday ? well , not really , apart from the weather and the beautiful beach and clean room , i wasn't happy with anything else . The room itself was clean and our houseworker Sherrif was lovely but it wasn't like the pictures we had seen . The barstaff were rude and we were given our first cocktail in a papercup??? the waiters were mostly nice in the main restaurant. The gym was terrible !!! The machines were ancient and i couldnt even use it to my dissapointment , advertising they have a gym when it is as terrible as this shouldnt be allowed ,not what you expect from a 4 star hotel !!! my friends son went on it and had an accident on the running machine (the only decent machine) he shouldnt have been allowed on it in the first place . We were booking a trip at the time . The kids club was TERRIBLE and we were greeted by two rude kidsclub workers ,it was only fit for toddlers , with a wendy house and drawing to do , very disapointing as i wanted to use the gym (haha) and put them in kids club ...They did not like this and it should've been exciting and something to enjoy ?!! The drinks were all terrible and to top it all off , my friend and i were ill for most of the week and have only just recovered from a very bad stomach bug, very bad stomach cramps, vomiting and diarehhea . I would never go All Inclusive ever again ! A very disapointing holiday which i thought would have been very different . I had saved a whole year to take my children on this holiday and i would not ever recommend The Coral Sea Hotel to anyone !!!

have just returned from a fantastic holiday, wishing i was still there. The management, staff, cleaners (especially ours 2234)gardeners were polite, helpful and totally great. The resort is so lovely, not too many kids around too not like some of the other resorts. the food was excellent too so much of it, even though i ate salad most of the week i did try different food with it too. i cant wait to go back next year and for many years after too. The Animation team were great, funny and very entertaining (Alex especially lol) they tried to encourage people to join in many things such as water aerobics, volley ball, football etc. A graet big thank you.

this is the second time at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it again.most of the staff are the same and love us brits to bits. there are a couple of bad points the animation team are very good but are governed by hotel management on what shows to put on, to that effect it was exactly the same as last year.food was lovely something for everyone i think.the rooms need a good overall tidy up ours had 2 sockets hanging out of the wall which should have been fixed before we went in however it was fixed about 10 minutes after reporting it.you get the usual pool pests walking round touting for business but they soon stop bothering you if you ignore them.all in all a very clean hotel with some wicked staff.thanks to mo and mahdy (bellboys),mo (cleaner)and all the waiters for my birthday cake and song/dance in the packed dining room.yes i will return to this hotel but going to sharks bay next year for a change.....lastly when you come home carry a sweater cos them tight gits on the aircraft put the aircon on really cold on purpose for a night flight then go round with blankets for a fiver lots of people complained but to no avail,this has happened 2 years in a row now

we have been to this hotel 4 times on this occasion we have been very dissatisfied with the jacuzzi room 2135 the sink leaked my husband slipped up on water in the room at night injured his leg on bath wardrobe door fellout aerial tv socket was hanging off had to tape it up we recievied a electric shock off of the free standing lamp cleaner made a decoration of a crocodile with dirty soiled towels and put it on our bed they had blood stains on them and was wet battries fell out of safe no back to hold them in and i cotacted a stomach bugg for 4 days severe stomach cramps and diareoah food quality not to good, standards have fallen since new manager has taken over hotel will not return again.

we have been home a week now and wish we were still there i call it my dream holiday every thing was perfect the staff was realy friendly even the management meet with us on the beach for a chat the food well there was to much and i must say thank you to the one who cleaned our room 2018

the gardens were beautiful. our friends recommend it to us and they was right it was like paradise and we will be back for our green bands next time thank you once again for a wonderful holiday. the Allison's

My name is Laura,I am 12 years old My family and i have been to the Coral sea twice in the last two years and we loved it.We loved it so much that we are going again this year in July.We found the resort/hotel fantastic,and the staff we very kind and friendly,the food was lovely and the hotel is very clean.i can't wait to go back in July.

We have just returned from two wonderful weeks holiday. The Coral Sea Resort staff from management right down to the cleaners and gardeners were to be complemented on their standard and friendlyness. entertainment very good. food excellent, the gateau's they made not only looked good they tasted wonderful.we will definetly be returning again next year, we can't wait.

We only had a few bad points really. We went all inclusive and found that the hotel had so much choice food wise, the bad point with the food was thats its quality was awful. Im not really a fussy eater, but finding little rock hard bits of crap when your munching your food isnt pleasant nor is chewing a big piece of grissle which meant that for most of our 11 night stay we lived over the road from the complex at burger king and kfc. Our second bad point was the minibar in the room. On our second night somebody came in to check it and informed us a chocolate bar was missing, neither me or my partner had touched it so we went to reception and informed them of the issue. We were advised we wouldnt be charged and the minibar would be emptied in an 1hr. 3 days later still not emptied and alas we noticed the same chocolate bar went missing for a second time! we told reception this wasnt acceptable and demanded for it to be emptied... It was within 10 minutes. My last moan is that outside of the resort there is nothing to do at all, no nightlife no nothing just shops you get dragged into and then virtually guilted into buying no matter how many times you say no. The nearest nightlife is Naama Bay which is about 20-30 mins away in a cab and costs around 70LE around £8- £10.

The Coral Sea Resort hotel itself is amazing, and its complex is quite stunning. Our stay was great apart from a few bad points but we have decided we wont be going back to Egypt.

Loved this holiday at Coral Sea Resort. It was good for kids. Lots to do on complex and off. Could not fault the hotel . food and hygiene all immaculate beds change ever second day towels every day. Good food and what a choice lovely.
