Sapporo, Cross Hotel

- we requested non-smoking room more than a month before arrival, request not attended to and given room on smoking floor.

-The floor was so 'heavily-smoky' smell that we have to run through corridor to reach our room.

- need to use a noisy machine to remove SOME smoky smell in room all night...... poor sleep during our 3 night stay !

will never stay in this hotel if non-smoking room is not confirmed before arrival!
