Ninong's Hotel, Legazpi

For a hotel that was built just in 2013, this hotel is definitely off to a bad start with it's musty and moldy smell from the hallway to the room we stayed on the first night. The water was murky and smelly and they blamed the city water source for it and told me it'll be goodthenext day. I had to ask the guy fir a pictcher of clean water tobrush our teeth with. Three days later before we left, water still looks like sewer water. I ended up having some very nasty skin rash from the water and ended up going to the ER for asthma attack due to the moldy smell. The first room's shower room was also clogged. The staff lied to us and told us they cannot give us an extra key which operates the light and AC in the room...so We ended up waking up our sick friend who is resting in the room in the middle of the night on our first day. They only gave us another key the next day when we asked again... Obviously, from a more knowledgeable staff. Although, we were transferred in a different room the next day, It still does not compensate the fact that i ended up sitting in the Lobby along with 4 or 5 other people who were sleeping in the Lobby (including the guard!). I told the staff I wiished to speak to the manager. Never even heard from them. They obviously don't care. I booked this hotelbecause of good reviews in Agoda... Apparently, they were deceiving reviews. I don't recommend booking this hotel.
