During our stay, whenever we were dining at the café, we never failed to notice this particular lady who made her rounds. She looked like someone from the higher management, and her attitude totally put us off.

Not to mention that the café, The Nook, was a total failure. Bad quality of food, bad ambience, bad quality of furniture, NO service.

This is not a budget hotel. For the price charged for the rooms and food, whatever was provided was unsatisfactory.

We will not stay at this hotel again, and never will recommend to anyone.
