Elenite, Holiday Village Villas

Best place for families, great entertainment for kids of all ages and set in a secure and private ground with own beach front, 4 hotels and chalets for accommodation.

For gods sake ive read a lot of these reveiws and you must have been staying somwhere else. stayed there last year 2010 and as the saying goes you gets what you pay for the place was clean tidy room cleaned every day great weather drinks snacks icecream for the kids all day the food was ok if i dont like somthing i dont eat it these places are mass catering i dont expect to waltz in after theve been serving for 2 hours and find it piping hot.beaches are good and safe for the kids and as for the russians and germans being ignorant some of the brits ive seen are right up there as well if i was working there and taking abuse all day long i think i would be missrable too.going back in august going to try one of the hotels this year just for the change ill treat the staff with respect and im sure ill get good service again!!.

I am currently here with mu husband and 2 year old daughter, we read all the reviews before we came and was expecting it to be awful. Dont believe all you read. The food is warm but you can heat it up in a microwave, there is a lot of choice and plenty of places to snack during the day. The staff i do admit are friendly enough sometimes it depends on who you talk to.

The animation hall is fantastic and has entertainment on every night, our daughter loves it, the kids disco is good and then they put on a show for a couple of hours, they are very entertaining, all i canb say is that if people do get ill then it is because they ate something that they shouldnt. We have been fine.

We would definately come back but might try the hotel instead, we would not go into the al a carte again as they food was jusy like what you get in the main restaurant.

i spent two weeks here the first week was really hot so it took our party of 11 minds off the rude staff and lack of evening entertainment its such a shame i spent the whole of the second week with salmonella i was so ill i had to be admitted to hospital twice to be put on a drip. its also a shame that the doctor was also part of the holiday park and wasnt competent enough to do the proper tests and told me i had wind!!!! clearly not as i left over a week ago and now being treated correctly. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I CAN SAY FROM THIS EXPERIENCE IS THAT I HAVE LOST 1 AND A HALF STONE FROM VIOLENT DIARRHOEA FOR TWO AND A HALF WEEKS.DO NOT GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Elenite is a fantastic place foe everyone. The food is not horrible it is actually quite nice. A few things are uncooked but most things are cooked properly. The staff are nice and friendly and serve you anything you want. The aquapark is good except the floor is a bit slippy so be careful. The entertainment at night by the animation team is excellent. they do a show on tuesday, wednesday and thursday and bingo. On friday they do a kids carnival where kids can dress up as a character and win a prize. On saturday there is a beach party at the beach bar and fire eating. On sunday there is another show for the kids

. So go to elenite.

We went for 2 weeks leaving on the 12/07/10. On arrival the resort looked lovely and clean and very safe. The problems started when you went for something to eat. The food was uncooked and luke warm. My daughter got pork kebabs which were barely cooked. Then our party of 5 all came down with stomach pains and vomited. A scottish couple in the room next door had also been ill for 2 days. The rastaurant was crawling with flies. After this i refused to eat in the restaurant and had to buy wrapped food from the resort shop at extortinate rates. A bag of chrisps was £2 and baby food £3, triple the prices in England. The al a carte restaurants were no better. We went for a meal and the chicken was barely cooked. The taliana bbq restaurant was no better again serving raw meat. Forget going here if you have a baby in a pram as their are over 30 stairs to get to the restaurant and if you get a villa which is not on the seafront you have to carry the pram up flights of stone steps. The kebab hut next to the Royal Park served kebabs with barely cooked chicken and coleslaw left on a bench in 30 deg heat crawling with flies. The electric went off for the best part of 48 hours and the restaurant could cook the food but were unable to keep it hot so it stood cold and people were expected to eat it. They couldnt serve drinks due to the electric pumps not working and ran out of the few bottles of pepsi they had. They did not go out and buy bottled drinks etc and just left you with nothing. My 24 month old daughter was starving so i asked them to heat up a bottle as they had gas in the restaurant, they laughed in my face and told me to heat it up on a candle. After i demanded a manager it took them 20 min to heat it up and it was boiling so she couldnt drink it any way. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the resort is mainly used by Russian and German guests who they favour over the english serving them first. The bedding was changed daily but was damp. I would avoid this resort and you are stranded if anything goes wrong or you dont like the food. The next resort is 4km away at Sunny Beach. The entertainment was basic when their was eletric and the stairs in the animation hall collapsed. The park had 4inch nails sticking out of it and the water park also had stairs coming away from the slides. I wouldnt recommend this resort to anyone and you would be better paying a bit more money and going elsewhere as i feel like i have been totally ripped off

beware!all villas sea facing NOT ALL HAVE A SEA VIEW.The place was very clean.The waterpark was fun, you can use all the hotel pools and you can drink in all the hotel bars,Leave your good maners at home the vast majority of people dont know what a queue is and just walk to the front totaly ignorant especially the polish/russians.the majority of staff don't know how to smile.The food was ok but not very hot there was a good selection of fruit and salads.PACOS BAR ACCROSS THE ROAD JUST OUTSIDE THE COMPLEX THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY and the food superb(t.bone steak £7.00) electricity went of twice once for 2.5 hours and once for most of the day.lots of steps/steep pathways.hotels being built next to room 153/154 work started at 6am drills etc NOT MENTIONED IN THE BROCURE.ok for a week but would not go for more than that

we syayed ay elenite villas the place is nice the beach is nice thats all that is about nice.

the food is cold,the staff are rude an arrogant dont know even how to smile.the table cloths are always dirty.I think if you are not russian the staff are not interseted.We have just arrived back from 2wks at the villas and 8 out of 14 nights we ate out.If you didnt want to sit outside at night for entertainment which only lasted for 45min you could go to the animation hall and pay for your kids to be in the shows.Also at the beach bar you had to pay.Every night in the lobby bar they run out of spirits so all you got was beer.The pools are ok if you just want to swim no jumping in,no rings no lilos no splashing its against the rules the lifeguard just sits on his laptop all day wont be going back.

We have just got back from our holiday at the villas and have to say if you are traveling with a buggy be aware there are 21 steps to the dinning room with no lifts not good other than that a really great place great for the kids with an on site water park there is night time entertainment if you want to sit in a tiny room. Not much to say about staff apart from nicky was the only guy who had a smile for you and bothered to talk and our cleaning lady I wish I could bring home with me she was lovely. The food was ok not the best I have had but there was always something there you would eat (and if your that fussy a taxi rid to sunny beach will get u a to die for coffee at the palace and of course maccys kfc burger king or kfc).

I enjoyed my stay villas basic but comfortable waterpark good going back in june 10 looking forward to going.
