Almost Impeccable. Almost....
We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza.
It's in a cracking position, a few minutes walk from the beach, or the 'Square' along with all it's madness!
The infrastructure is spacious, well planned and in good condition. The rooms a little compact, but again, well kitted and wholly presentable, and everything worked fine.
The Pool is lovely, and has a decent bar, lovely staff and plenty of loungers.
At the front, there are a plethora of Bars and eateries, all to a good standard, with plenty of choice, Sushi, Cafe, Pepper Bar, Mexican, it's all there...
I won't bore you with the rest of the stuff, which you can read about in the pleasantly accurate brochure, but here are the few shortcomings:
1/ Drinks prices too high. Seriously no need for this, as everybody simply goes elsewhere, such as the Golden Arrow bar across the road. The food is OK, and the Drinks are great quality, along with lovely service. trouble is, everywhere else is too...
2/ Noisy rooms? Sure, some are VERY noisy up to 2AM, which may or may not be a problem, for example, we chose to go out and stay out until past 2AM, so it wasn't, but if we had wanted to go to bed earlier, which is quite reasonable, then we wouldn't have slept. We DID Email the Hotel and request a quiet room, but they lied to us. As I said, not a problem, but only because we made it so.
3/ Room extension? WATCH THE COST!! we asked, they obliged, then slapped a dirty great bill on me at the end! Nobody mentioned it would cost, so I refused to pay, and they accepted it after a little kerfuffle. That was sneaky...
4/ The poolside shop is dearer than Harrods!! No, really, A can of Coke was TWO EURO'S :-0
There is no need to stripe people up to this extent guys!?
Overall though, the Napa Plaza was a very stylish Hotel for Ayia Napa, with cracking staff and we will go back for sure...

My Friend And I Were Stayed In Napa Plaza This Aug
My friend and I were stayed in Napa Plaza this august. It was wonderful time. We liked this hotel very much because of his friendly stuff, nice design and good location. Napa Plaza is situated in the heart of Ayia Napa. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the lovely beach and we liked much more that our hotel is not far from bars and night clubs! It was comfortable that there are several restaurants in the hotel and of course our favorite Pepper bar with nice music, good barmen. Special thanks to Dj Marius who gave his CD to us.

I Stayed In Napa Plaza In Cyprus And It Excellent!
I stayed in Napa Plaza in Cyprus and it excellent! i would definately go again, we stayed in a superior room at just £5 extra a day each, and a B&B basis, the breakfast was lovely; there was so much to choose from. The pool was lovely, not too busy. The cleanliness was great our room was cleaned every day, the cleaners are friendly and if you have a problem with something they would gladly help. We weren't disturbed at all on the night time by any noise, only once on the sunday morning by church bells ringing. The drinks were abit on the expensive side but because we were only B&B we ate out most nights. The hotel is in the perfect location, right near the shops and a short walk to the beach. The only real disappointing bit was Thomsons camel and market day out, it was expensive and you didnt get what you paid for, 50minutes at a market and 2hours at a camel park were only 5minutes was riding the camel so i wouldnt recommend that trip. The water park there is amazing! i would definately recommend going there and to the dancing waters show, it was really pretty and clever the way they did it. Our thomson holiday rep was called liam and he was really nice and kept us well informed. overall i would give my stay in the hotel a 5 star.
I Would Never Stay At The Napa Plaza Hotel Again A
I would never stay at the Napa Plaza hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. I did not get any sleep, I had to pay extra for most things such as a remote for the tv, coffee/tea was extra, there was an extra charge for the keetle and they charged us for changing the room when were weren't happy..........I could go on and on. I am not a person to write reviews but I felt I needed to to warn people abou my experience. It is a shame as the hotel is nice looking on the outside but that was it.
I found this review not helpful because... of the fact that many things can not be right. It is regretful if the cleanliness was as described (personally I doubt). I also very much doubt on the issue of the pool, as in Cyprus there is a very strict legislation and control, even all tour operators (incl. Thomas Cook) are very sensible on that. So no chance that this is true.
The only wrong thing was the wrong choice of the type of room. Standard rooms do not include coffee facilities or mini fridge (remote control is given on returnable deposit). I advice the person to give another chance to the hotel but this time book the superior room. I would even ask the hotel to upgrade me for free.I am certain they will accept it.

I Would Definitely Go Back To The Napa Plaza, In A
I would definitely go back to the Napa Plaza, in Ayia Napa it had everything, 2 bars, 2 eating areas, a lovely outdoor pool, a cooler indoor pool, a health spa, air conditioning (which was most welcome), tennis court and games room. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. The animation team provided excellent activities both through the day and in the evening, including water gym, water polo, scuba diving lessons, table tennis, tennis, football, killer darts and killer pool. It is a perfect situation also, with so many lovely restaurants in the close vicinity, 200 yards up to the left of the hotel you have the square with all the main bars and clubs and 200 yards down to the right of the hotel you have various relaxed bars, the harbour and a strip with several good shops.

Had A Fabulous Holiday At The Napia Plaza Hotel. P
Had a fabulous holiday at the Napia Plaza Hotel. Perfectly situated. When you leave the hotel - if you turn left and walk 5 Min's you are in the very lively clubbing scene centre and if you turn right and walk 5 Min's you reach the harbour with lovely fish restaurants. The hotel is an oasis of calm, spotlessly clean, staff very friendly, food is lovely. Couldn't say anything bad about it. More suited to couples or singles than families. Excellent for a break away without the kids , which is what we did. Only saw a couple of kids there and the hotel is not really geared up for kids. Can't wait to go back.

The Napia Plaza Hotel Is Literally In The Heart Of
The Napia Plaza Hotel is literally in the heart of the little clubbing city. You are five minutes away from all the clubs and bars or five minutes in the other directions to the beaches. Always a nice, warm, modern surrounding with activities during the day and evening.

Overall this was a lovely hotel. It caters for absolutely all ages. It is lively and close to everything i.e. the beach, clubs, bars and restaurants.
I would highly recommend Limelights as THE best restaurant in Ayia Napa. Make sure you go there!
Would definately return to this hotel.

Napia Plaza Hotel Was One Of The Best Hotels I Hav
Napia Plaza Hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location was fantastic, really close to the night life and the beach. The accommodation was a*, ultra stylish, spotlessly clean, no screaming kids, friendly staff. Absolutely awesome, cant wait to go back there because it was worth every penny.
