Coral Bay Villa Heracles

We had so many issues at this villa during our one week stay in September. Booked through Villa Plus. The villa was extremely dirty on our arrival and had obviously not been cleaned , even though we were told we could not get into the villa until 4pm so that it could be cleaned. We were inconvenienced by cleaners coming into the villa on our second day, but only after we had complained. Obviously no checks had been made prior to our arrival. The floor was filthy and our feet were black walking on the floor. The crockery and cutlery all had to be put through the dishwasher before use. There were insufficient glasses for 6 people, the villa with 4 bedrooms could have accommodated 8. The pool had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The patio area was dirty, with food debris attracting ants. There were bones strewn around the bbq The air conditioning to the main bedroom kept breaking down and was finally replaced half way through our holiday. The pool lights did not come on early enough for us to enjoy. The outdoor shower for use before entering the pool broke on our last day at the villa.

I would give the villa a 0 star rating if I could!

Wonderfull family holiday, 3 generations all had a wonderful time.
