Just got back early hours of this morning from the Paphiessa Hotel. The staff at the reception were helpful and spoke very good English. In the hotel bar we discovered the atmosphere was so friendly, it was like belonging to a big happy family, we found ourselves enjoying a quiz and a game of bingo which we would not dream of doing at home. We could not have had better staff, keep up the good work you are a great team.

Many people we spoke to have been going to this hotel for many years so there can't be that much wrong with it.

Advertise as quiet, however next to busy road with cars racing every night. Entertainment very poor, no kids entertainment, no electric when arrived also toilet blocked when arrived maintenance fixed next day. Fridge would not close only one ring on cooker working. Everytime toilets on block where flushed it came up. Staff never smiled, cleaning very poor, sunbeds broken torn or dirty, bins left at kitchen entrance, pool dirty, I can go on and on, but I will be going to Paphos gardens from now on as this hotel is poorly run, dirty and overall poor.
