Hotel Galini / Pavlo's Place

Wow... have just returned from a 10 day break, staying at the Hotel Galini (Pavlo's place) in Anti Paros. We both had such a fantastic time. Pavlo (the owner) was so welcoming from the moment we arrived, to the day we left. Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel itself is lovely. Situated off the high street, it's nice and quiet and secluded. Pavlo and his family run the hotel, so you have a nice family feel about the place. Nothing is commercialised.

The rooms are nice, clean and fresh. Our room, as standard, came with air conditioning, TV (never switched on), on-suite bathroom, and a nice balcony. Room rates were very competitive and reasonable.

Included in the hotel is the hotel's restaurant, or locally known as a Taverna. This was called "Pavlo's Place". The food is all homemade, and known throughout the small island of Anti Paros as one of the best restaurants to visit. The food was amazing, and certainly lived up to its reputation.

My only slight negative was that there was no pool, but this didn't trouble us enough to think twice about coming back.

We're already looking forward to our next visit to Anti Paros, and will certainly book our stay, once again, at the Hotel Galini.
