St. George, Star Hotel

we stayed at stars for 2 weeks and had a brilliant holiday, Kosta and his Wife Mila are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them, Mila is a wonderful cook, her moussaka is to die for!! once you've eaten in their restaurant you won't want to eat anywhere else!! if you want to try a special dish, just ask and they do their best to oblige, this is a lovely peaceful and relaxing place to stay, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone, suitable for couples and families alike.

I stayed in Stars Hotel in St George South in August this year and I am still planing to return! We had such a lovely holiday and the friendliness of the owners and his wife made the holiday one to remember. The food at the apartment which is cooked by his wife was lovely, all organic produce and the best Greek salad I have ever tasted - and I have tasted lots! Nothing is too much trouble, the owners are so friendly and I really miss their company. The apartments were spotless, the maid came every day, they are sparse if you want to do the whole self catering thing but why when you can eat locally and cheaply - we never had a bad meal anywhere in this resort, I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays I have had and I will definitely return to Stars Hotel. Brilliant holiday, lovely people and very relaxing. A very home from home type of holiday. The staff work very hard and I really appreciated that. It is somewhere that I will go back to and I have never felt like that before about a holiday.
