St Constantine Hotel

This is the first time I have ever been disappointed after booking through Broadway Travel as they are superb but this hotel is definitely not five star. The staff were friendly and tried to help but little things let them down.

Dress code for diner was requested but not adhered to so dinner became very casual with all manner of dress. Bed linen and towels were thin and flimsy and the plumbing was totally inadequate with bathroom flooding regularly . To cap it all when sheets are changed you have to put them on the bed yourself!! Five star I think not,,
