Hovolo Apartments

Skopelos is the greenest and most beautiful Greek island and Hovolo is really one of the best hotels in this price I have ever been in. There was very high level of service, clean rooms, very kind and helpful staff and owners. Air condition was included in price. Beautiful views form every room are one of the strongest points of the hotel. I honestly recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to spend unforgetable moments on holidays.

Hovolo apartments are in a small village with good access to the beach and close to surrounding beaches, some of which were used for the filming of Mamma Mia. The village has several very good tavernas, a couple of smaller mini-markets, a bakery and a butchers. Bus stop is on the main street and there is also an information centre. Hovolo apartments are situated close to all these facilities there is a small harbour and while we were there, August 08, they were developing some sports facilities and play area next to the beach. The apartments provided us with everything we needed and was a great base to explore the island, Hovolo apartments are in the village of Neo Klima, you take the ferry from Skiathos to the port of Glossa on Skopelos, we then got a taxi to the village but you can get the bus, the ferry also goes to the main port of Skopelos but the journey is longer to Hovolo. If you want to be in a resort that offers full English breakfast and all the English papers do not go, if you want the traditional warm and friendly taste of Greece then this is for you. We have been to lots of Greek islands, our stay at Hovolo made Skopelos one of our favourites, we highly recommend it !
