The Europe Hotel & Resort, Killarney

The hotel was nice and the swimming pool sap area excellent however I booked a double room with a king sized bed for my wife and I to celebrate out wedding anniversary. What we got was two single beds pushed together (not joined together) These beds kept separating despite several attempts to join them and we got what was effectively a twin room for our stay. If we wanted a twin room we would have book one! Also on arrival we were told that there was no need to book the Brasserie restaurant, yet when we went for dinner we had to wait 45mins for a table. The food was 4 star at best. On leaving I submitted a written review of our disappointing stay as you were encouraged to do and received no feedback or acknowledgment that they received my complains. Certainly not the luxury 5 star treatment we were expecting
