Krakow, KrakowRentals - Old Town Apartment

we found the information provided on the website very useful in helping us choose an apartment, our main priorities were ; good quality accommodation, suitable for 2 couples to share, close to the main square and safe to walk from on an evening and safe to stay in.

all queries before arrival were dealt with promptly and we were even provided with a taxi to meet our plane (at an additional cost but worth it for the luxury!).

the outside of the building was off putting, as it looked very run down and unloved. However the inside of the apartment couldn't have been more different; it was fully and stylishly equipped to a high standard throughout. one bedroom was much larger than the other, but both more than adequate for a city break.

the chaos created by the volcanic eruption in Iceland, could have proved very problematic for us, as departure was delayed for 3 days. However the staff were brilliant in organising 2 extra nights in the same apartment and offered alternatives for the last night. our enforced prolonged stay was virtualy stress free as a result!

Would I advise other people to use this apartment-yes, would I promote the company, definitely yes. Will we be going back to Krakow? not for some time I think, as we have now seen ALL the sights in, around and beyond its city boundries!!!!
