Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex, Alcudia

Was really surprised at the standard of this hotel complex. Expected a butlins in the sun type arrangement, but it was much better than that. The hotel grounds were beautiful as was the food which was faultless. The staff were friendly and the facilities on site were excellent which plenty of activities for the children (kid's clubs were excellent). The mix of people was great too, with people from all backgrounds, although there was none of the snobbery you get in certain places which meant you could relax and be yourself. Had a great family holiday there and would recommend it.

Recently returned from the Jupiter hotel at Club Mac. This is a large complex which gets very busy but you never feel overcrowded. They cope with the numbers really well and we were amazed at the quality of the food and standard of service they managed to achieve all things considered. It is a very fun and friendly place and is ideal for families with children of all ages. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss but other than that it was perfect.

Loved our 2 weeks staying at the Jupiter. This was a good value for money family hotel. It wasn't luxury, but then we didn't expect that. But it was clean, had good facilities, friendly staff and some of the best food we've experienced at an all-inclusive resort in Spain. Location is good and you are not too far from the resort centre and there is a shuttle bus that runs most of the day, but you can walk it in 15 minutes.

There is a water park next to the hotel, but some of the major attractions on the island are in the south so you have to book excursions. We would definitely recommend Pirates.

We had a memorable holiday at the Club Mac Jupiter. It was fun filled and relaxing at the same time. The hotel wasn't perfect I guess, but there was little wrong with it in truth. The food was great, as were the staff, and everywhere was very clean and the amenities good. Couldn't have asked for much more tbh. Would definitely recommend this place to families with young children.

We had an excellent holiday and the Saturno turned out to be everything we hoped it would be. It was very clean, and unlike the comments from the last review our room was cleaned every day.

The food was excellent too, a really good choice and the themes nights meant there was lots of variety and so meal times didn't become boring. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss but we enjoyed it nonetheless.

People who complain about being bitten, how can this affect your review of a hotel? If you don't want misquitos stay at home!

i have just got back from staying in the hotel jupiter. the rooms was never cleaned in 11 days i was there . they was folding the towels up an saying they were clean when they were dirty . i was bit loads of times not just outside but in bed as well . an the food was disgusting . i have been at the same complex 4 times but i thought it was disgusting this time an i will never go back again 3 9 2010

Brilliant place. The most fun we have ever had on holiday. No issues at all with the hotel. It was clean had great facilities, friendly staff and the food was faultless. The entertainment may not be to everyones liking but the kids loved it and you are never going to please everyone. Some of the cabaret acts were well worth seeing such as the Chinese acrobats.

There was a really good mix of people and nationalities and the atmosphere around the place was first rate. Nothing to moan about at all and we just had great fun and are just sad to be home.

The previous review is utter nonsense! We never once queued for sunbeds. Sometimes they would run out at about 10.00am but within an hour or two there would be loads spare and they would all be stacked up and it would stay like that for the rest of the day. We never once queued for food either. Was this person at the same hotel complex? The hotel was very clean, there was hardly any litter that we noticed, and far from running wild it was noticeable just how well behaved the vast majority of children were.

Staff were great, food was excellent and the room facilities were exactly what we expected. This hotel complex may not be to everyone's taste but the previous review is highly misleading and should be ignored!

this place is far too big to accommodate all. there were people fighting for sun beds, no room to move by the pool. By 9am there was no sun beds left!!!

it was like a chav drop off centre!!!! Parents letting there children run wild and do as they please with no regard to anyone else!!! The reps walked around one night with a little girl 7/8 who had lost her parents they had only gone and left her at the hotel while they went into Alcudia to get drunk!!! That's what some of the people were like at this Zoo

Queue for lifts... Queue for food... queue for everything.

the amount of noise was unbearable from 11pm till 4am people running on corridors and banging doors, shouting with no consideration for anyone else.

The hotel itself was quit clean the staff tried there best but it was a hard job as people just threw litter every were.

The room's very small and basic just 1 room with 2 double beds in it and a small bathroom.

Very small balcony could just about fit 2 people on it.

All in all a very very disappointing holiday

I'm not one for usually writing reviews but I felt I had to just leave a quick note to say what a great time me and the wife had. I don't have one single complaint. It was all good. I would especially like to give a quick mention to the entertainment staff who work so hard to make everyones holiday really memorable. The service and food were both exceptional and made this hotel stand out from many we have stayed at. Excellent value for money.
