Deya Apartments Santa Ponsa

Cleanliness awful , beds dirty ,toilet filthy with contents still in the pan , cistern didn't work , no cleaners , couch was dirty , floors filthy Needs a total revamp and clean! Sheets and towels that should be white were dark grey.

Lack of rep from the Travel company the kettle blew the fuse so without a kettle for 24 hours , no toaster advised to hire one for 16 e . balcony the rails were shaky , no drying facilities no plugs in the bathroom .

All the other guests we spoke to were unhappy about their accommodation also no sea view as stated when we booked don't stay here .

the deya apartment block in santa ponsa was the worst place i could have ever stayed in. the place is full of thieves, on our first day my friend had 50 euro stolen from on top of his bed most likely by a cleaner, and on top of that our key was lifted from behind reception where a night porter is suppose to be and we had our safe with ipods n a substantial amount of money was stolen. ruined the end of our holiday n we got absolutely no help from staff at hotel. it all seemed so dodgy about how the robbery happened. to any1 thinkn of going to this apartment place i would strongly advise yyou not to. there was even cockroaches walking past us in in lobby.....sum disgusting person even discreeted on a plate n left it in the elevator which was there for a good number of hours. disgusting awful place!

Awful place. Very delapitated, requires renovation. Its very austere, we were at the top floor and felt very insecure, the balcony railings are very loose. If a group of teens were to be messing and someone fell against them I think they would give, I cant understand that hotel inspectors havent condemned the place but I hear they are thin on the ground and easily bought off. There are great bars and restaurants either side of the beach and just a minutes walk down the road is The Shamrock, Daniells Corner, Seans Place, Strings all top craic. All these bars are where the crowds and atmosphere are. There are a group of bars behind the Deya, KMS, SIMPLYS and HOTSHOTS all have nothing to offer, no atmosphere, just dirty. The Dubliner across the road is very very expensive and my wife and I could see nothing to warrent the inflated charges for alcohol.

I thought it was the best place you could stay in santa ponza!! If you are young and want to have a bit of fun days the best place.. right across from night clubs (green hills) and beside inferno!!Well worth it, 3 of us went over all 20 and we had the best holiday ever. If you want to have fun deya is the place to be..

Not well located or catered for families or even people looking to sleep! Impossible to enjoy to eat in due to lack of equipment in apartments. Cleaning staff were non existent and general maintenance and cleanliness of apartments very poor, furniture broken and dangerous.
