Stayed here for a week, pics looked nice that is the reason we booked, wen we arrived it was shabbylooking but once inside looked a bit better, a bit out of the way, 15 min walk to centre, i wasnt aware that there were closer hotels

rooms basic, just a hob with utensils, no oven or grill, cold water taps did not work air conditining didnt work, fridge turned itself off so any food bought for self catering purposes, went stale or had to be thrown out, not impressed

pool area nice, and very clean in fairness, staff for the kids club very good and attentive, reception staff lovely well all be it one lady in general who was great and english was fab

def not a 4 star hotel in my eyes maybe 2 or 3

santa ponsa in general small town, few shops lot of bars nice places to eat esp miss murphys kitchen and boston o bradys. portions are huge

place is full of irish and scots

im irish myslf and 25 tour typicl party age, but i would def no way go back to the place, if you have kids this place is for a drinkin culture and hen and stag parties.. magaluf is even worse i ould not wait to get back home

just back from the bouganvillia apts had a great time every thing you would expect for the ideal family holiday! we will definetly be going back there again well worth it

Poor at first glance. Then turns out to be quite a nice place. Desk service solved all my queries. Tasty and affordable food in the snackbar. Clean water in both pools. Nothing really exclusive but good value for the price.

Definitely would not go to this hotel again, mainly because of air condition, stifling. Manager blaming budget travel and budget blaming manager terrible. There was loads of people waiting to see rep to complain. I would not recommend.

Ola Aparthotel Bouganvillia in Santa Ponsa came highly recommended so we booked and enjoyed every minute of it. Our kids had a great time there and even though we went to Spanish square at night we heard from other guests that the entertainment was excellent. It's an ideal place for families and there is plenty to keep the children occupied. It is in a quiet location but within walking distance to the more livelier parts of Santa Ponsa. We will be returning next year.
