Puerto Del Carmen, Cinco Plazas Apartments

Hi i Havnt been to cinco plaza yet but i am booked for august 13th 2011 and i was just wondering if anyone knew what the weather was like ? My mother nd father have been there last year in september they said the weather was good but a little bit windy at times and cloudy but still very warm so if anyone knows what the weather would be like that would be very helpful :) x

We just returned(8/August/10) from a week at Cinco Apartments. We and others couldn't wait to leave. We arrived at our apartments on the 1/August we checked in and got to our room only to find the cleaner just beginning to clean the room. I waited outside as my boyfriend went to reception I waited one hour the he returned furious and we both went to reception. The lady behind the reception was so rude she spoke Spanish to her colleague and it made us so mad. Other were also waiting in reception for there room to be cleaned also and on Sunday, Monday and Thursdays when during changeover we seen other people waiting also. We had to twice roll our luggage over and back. it was a bad start to a bad holiday. Also every room in the whole complex has single beds regardless of what it says. We knew we had'nt booked five start accommmodation but under special requirements we had been told this would be possibe.

Then the sunbeds outside the pools everyday for the week where gone by 9am. People were getting up at 5am,6am and 7am to place their towels until they eventually came back later in the morning. We had to resort to getting up at 7am to do this also, I spoke to one lady from Northern Ireland and she was very angry and she couldnt get a sunbed for 4 days.

Then on our second last day we spoke to some nice Irish and English and they told us that one of the apartments had been broken into at 10pm the previous night and 3 Spanish police men were at the apartment. This really didn't go down well with any of the other residents either.

The hole experience was so bad I will never ever go back to Cinco Apartments even if it was to stay for free

just arrived back from these apartments of the 22nd of October and cannot say nothing bad about them. rooms were spotless, staff were extremely friendly and if you had a problem it was sorted straight away.

Try to get a top floor apt as this cuts out noise from above of 4am high heels!Mainly well behaved Scandinavians for our first week until a large group of football strip wearing,lager carrying Scots arrived and ruined the otherwise quiet holiday.Complaints to the rep and hotel reception were ignored.The barman said the Scots were spending their cash there so why stop them?The resort is a lot better than Tenerife,but the touts are still evident.Best to walk on the beach side at night.Lanis seems to be everywhere,not particularly good food despite the hype.Apts clean,well equipped,Netto next door.Spinnakers the best value amd quality of food and drinks.Poor reports from guests who went on trips.The free PAL trip from the apts is worthwhile,but the reps dont push it.

Just returned from Chinco Plaza Apartments. The apartments are spacious and clean. Only get towels twice a week! we were there for 2 weeks and couldnt get our hands on towels. They kept saying in reception they would leave them up to our apartment but they never did. The entertainment at night was very poor and with a 4 year old we had to go down to the strip which wasnt ideal. The hill is tiresome after 2 weeks. We had a teenager with us and there was nothing for him to do either. Wouldnt recommend these apartments and will never go back.

Fantastic pools, location, staff, weather, maids, cleanliness, maintanace, nearby bars and restaurants. I found The apartments where a little on the noisy side.. would definately recommend the cinco plazas apartments!

We had a nice clean rooomy apartment at the Cinco Plazas Apartments in Puerto Del Carmen, with nice surroundings, nice pool, nice apartment, nice island with lots to do and very clean.

Fully recomend this accomodation the Cinco Plazas Apartments for families and couples wanting a relaxing break.

This hotel was so clean, i did not see a piece of rubbish. I also loved the pool. I didn't like the food though.

The Cinco Plazas Apartments are a brilliant place to stay highly recommend it!! There are no bad points!! Great place to stay food lovely, staff lovely and the rooms are beautiful!!
