Puerto del Carmen, Club Oceano

When we arrived we were allocated apartment 23 ,this apartment looked out on a wall and stairs and got no sun, neither did the patio as the floor above overhangs .We asked if we could change apartment but this was not possible.we could not even see if the sun was shining from the settee

At the back outside the bedroom was a maintenance place and drilling and spraying went on 5ft from the window.There are better located apartments on the complex ,but you don't know the apartment you get allocated untill arrival ,we found this appartment depressing and felt we had to go out each night to avoid this apartment.

The apartment has a safe (15 Euro p/w) and a small tv with about 8 channels at 19 Euro p/w .

The apartment is about 350m from the beach up at times a steep hill.

The apartment was clean and spacious but felt not homely and i'm sure there are better value complexes around .We could not recommend this complex

We had a great holiday at Club Oceano. The main thing is the friendly atmosphere. Ocean Club Holidays is a family run company and the service is much better than the bigger companies, from the moment you call to book because they arrange everything directly. The staff on the resort are happy and helpful and the apartments are spotless - they change the towels every other day which makes a change! It's central and near the beach but the pool bar and restaurant is good and not expensive. I will definitely be booking again - it's great value for money,

We had a great holiday in Puerto del Carmen. Super little complex, which has just had a refurbishment. Superb pool and bar area. Maids extremely good. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff who can recommend good restaurants. Food on the complex very good as well.
