By The End Of Our 14 Nights At The Casablanca Apar

By the end of our 14 nights at the Casablanca Apartments we were really fit, going up and down those stairs every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, really gets the blood pumping and the heart beating! We didn't mind as after all that food they provide its good to burn it off and there were loads of elderly people there less fit than me so don't let it bother you unless you have walking problems. The apt was really clean and the views of the mountains were amazing. Great holiday, will go again.

I Have Stayed At The Casablanca Apartments Many Ti

I have stayed at the Casablanca apartments many times and will continue to do so as they are marvellous. The cleanest place I have ever stayed in ! The staff are very nice and helpful. Food is good honest fare, but to tell the truth I eat out a lot, there are great restaurants all over the old town - only Spanish for me - its nice to get away from english food. The steps are many and its hard sometimes but it keeps you fit and taxis are plentiful if you dont fancy the climb. Wonderful place, the town and the apartments. Long may they reign,.

My Wife And I Had A Splendid Fortnight At The Casa

My wife and I had a splendid fortnight at the Casablanca in January. You need to fairly fit, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. We had an apartment overlooking the dried river bed, with really good views of Mt Tiede to the left and the sea to the right. I would not have liked one overlooking the road, nor to be honest one looking into the complex.

Stayed At Casablanca Appartments In November 2004.

Stayed at Casablanca Appartments in November 2004. We arrrived after a terrible journey from TFS (South airport). After a horrendous journey we were struggled to find the hotel due to the size of the complex. Upon entering the Casablanca, we were greeted by a pleasant member of staff.

We checked in to our apartment, which was spacious, very clean (immaculate) and well kitted out. All in All, we had a great holiday, but felt we would have been somewhat out of it, had we not booked a hire car.

We very much enjoyed Tenerife but found that we'd done almost everything after the first few days (well, in the North of the Island at least!).

Would we return to Tenerife? Yes (in fact, we are flying out from Leeds this Friday - to stay in Aguamarina Hotel, Golf De Sur - South Tenerife), as we found we spent a lot of our time travelling by car to the South of the Island anyway.

Would we stay at the Casablanca Apartments again? Yes, without hesitation. It truly deserves it's star rating.

My Wife And I Have Just Returned From Christmas We

My wife and I have just returned from Christmas week at Club Casablanca and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Having been on probably 20 or more RCI exchanges, this was our best European resort so far. All the staff were extremely helpful, the whole resort was spotless and the weather (apart from a couple of showers) was excellent (above 70 degrees all week). The steps from the resort to the town are really not a problem, there were many elderly people staying there and we never heard any complaints! The restaurants in Puerto are superb with waiters who are incredibly helpful. All in all, no complaints whatsoever...will never spend Christmas in UK again!!

When We Booked Our Holiday To The Casablanca Apart

When we booked our holiday to the Casablanca Apartments in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife, we were told by Thomas Cook that Mount Tidie would not have any effect on the amount of sunshine at this resort. This was not the case, as most days were cloudy (the last 2 weeks in July). If you like the sun it would be better to head for the resorts in the South of the island. Be aware that all you read about the dreaded steps is true. We will not be going back to this resort again.

Sounds like you need to think about getting something of a life mate. 5 out of 10 for this level of accommodation? You're having a laugh. Where do you normally live? Buckingham Palace?

Puerto De La Cruz, Apartments Casablanca - Large,

Puerto de la Cruz, Apartments Casablanca - Large, clean, sunny and well-equipped apartments in this large complex are highly recommendable. The complex is set halfway up a very steep hill which would be problematic for anyone with limited mobility. The beach is about 10-15 minutes walk so if your holiday is primarily a beach-oriented one then avoid this place. The staff were nice. The parking for hire cars is extremely reasonable at only 2 euros for 24 hours. The pool is too small for this vast complex. Again, if you're looking for a pool-based holiday, avoid. The flats were very well-equipped and there are two excellent supermarkets within walking distance (but bear in mind that hill!) The best restaurants are in the centre which is about a 20 minute walk away. Taxis are cheap and plentiful however. Nearer at hand are touristy establishments offering the usual bland international fodder if that is what you want. However, there is one exception 'El mojo cilantro' looks like the other tourist dives but the food was good and the service friendly. This was the best self-catering experience I have had for ages. I've only rated the food as one star as there is no 'not applicable' option. We didn't eat at the apartments though there is a restaurant. The only real downside to this holiday was the British tour rep!
