Paignton, The Clifton At Paignton

As a single traveller, I found this hotel a particular gem. The room was fine and the bed very comfortable. The atmosphere was really homely and the very comfortable lounge was a real bonus. Breakfasts and evening meals were delicious and the conversation between guest flowed well thanks to the expert ministration of the hostess! Nothing was too much trouble to help the guests enjoy their stay

The The Clifton At Paignton, very friendly. Nothing too much trouble for owners. Food fresh and very nice. Well worth the money. Very warm welcome on arrival, tea /coffee waiting for us. We were upgraded because we had made a mistake when booking the rooms at no cost to ourselves. Bad points, honestly can't think of any.
