Bridlington, The Oakwell Apartments

Unfortunately I had to cancel our stay with Oakwell Holidays, due to my Mum being in hospital with major problems. I informed Oakwell Holidays of this and the chap was really nice. I expected to loose my payment as it was no fault of Oakwell that we had to cancel. I would like to thank Mr D Williams for the lovely letter he wrote to me sending his best wishes for recovery of my mum and the refund to. A very genuine person with a caring way. Thankyou again.
