Booked this trip for my parents who love going to Oban, however they were thoroughly disappointed with this guest house. For the price that we paid for a two night stay it was definitely not worth it! The room was very small for a double and the decor is in serious need of updating. The breakfast was not up to much either some of it was still raw and my parents were expected to get their own tea/coffee and toast from the kitchen hatch. When you are paying the price for bed and breakfast I would expect this service to be better! They were also asked to leave their room for a period of time during the day for the owner to clean it and were expected to walk around the town in the torrential rain and wind as there wasn't a lounge area available for them to go to instead! So disappointed with their stay my parents actually came home a day early. A severe waste of money!
