Silvercraigs Hotel , Douglas

we stayed here two weeks ago, for 3 night,s it was terrible, blood stained sheets on the mattress cover, on our bed, also body fluid staines, and excrement staines, you could never get hold of the manager, to complain,he was never there, we filled in a questionaire when we left, and on our journey home, we had a call from the hotel manager, he went berserk, abused us both, most severely, for criticising his hotel,he threatened us also, and also threatened to take a thousand pounds a month, out of my bank account, as he had my credit card details, we asked him for some of our money back, as the holiday had been a disaster, he went mental, and threatened us once again, with court action, we were both most upset, the holiday was totally ruined, we were put in a little poky room, which smelt, it was truly awfull, he went crazy again, to us on the phone, we had him on hands free loudspeaker, in the car, all i can say is, do,nt go to this hotel, pass it by, and give it a wide berth.the silvercraigs hotel, douglas, isle of man.
