We Have Just Spent A Wonderful 2wks At The Villa.
We have just spent a wonderful 2wks at the villa. It is superb,"HOME from HOME". The Owner is lovely and couldnt be more helpful. We would book again for this year but the villa is rented out on the dates we want. I will be booking this villa for 2012. Thanks again, FIVE STAR VILLA. And thanks again for the christmas decs. Spent Two Great Weeks In Orlando With My Wife And
Spent two great weeks in Orlando with my wife and kids - only to have it soured by a money grabbing Villa Owner who in his Contract states - place bedding in the wash area on departure - but because we placed bed spreads there also he charged us for dry cleaning - $90. Rip off merchants ... Stay clear of Mr Craven and Co.
I will reply to David Murphy's review as the owner of 735 Kildrummy Drive,
In our laundry room it asks that guests to help the the cleaner put a washload of towels in the washer and strip the beds and place the sheets in the laundry room.
In the 6 years we have owned the villa never until David Murphy arrived has anyone screwed up the fitted bedspreads and dumped them in the laundry basket,these are dry clean only which we have done on a regular basis, so yes as we could not put them back on the beds we had to have them dry cleaned again and charged Mr Murphy $90 which was the exact price I paid I could have added a extra charge for going to pick them up but I didn't, had I got guests coming in the same day, they would have arrived to no bedspreads.
I certainly would ask other villa owners to steer clear of this guest and he was also lying when he stated this was still ongoing.
