The Cosmopolitan

This is the most disorganized hotel with the worst service. I've never had such a bad hotel experience in Las Vegas. There areaway too many great hotels in this city. Don't waste your money here. Definitely not ready for prime time. We came here with a group of friends and, without exception, we all had at least one huge problem with our reservation, our room, checking in.and nobody even cared
