Hotel Giraffe

Lovely small and friendly hotel. staff were very helpful - nothing too much trouble. room was a good size for an ny hotel. lovely touch serving wine and cheese each evening in reception - something to look forward to after a long days siteseeing. restricted choice for breakfast but that said it was plentiful, fresh and served with a smile. everything you could need in the room plus free tea and coffee available in reception 24/7. great choice.

When we arrived there was some confusion with our booking. We booked the hotel with www.easytobook.com. The hotel only had one room booked instead of two. could have been tricky if they were full. the hotel duty manager dealt with the situation very well and upgraded us both to queen sized bedrooms. other than that everything was perfect.
