My second time using my luggage the fabric ripped! To top it off because it was over the warranty return they would not give me a refund. They promised a refund and then I called them several times only to get no response. I was promised a call back further explaining why they wouldn't stand by their product and still have gotten no call. I still don't have my luggage back and since then I have had to buy new luggage. Overpriced and not worth the money! Don't buy.
