Communication was excellent and almost instantaneous. He managed to arrange a safari to fit our budget and it turned out to be even better than we expected. We were met at the airport by our driver/guide who went out of his way to make it a perfect trip. We saw all the big 5 and got up really close to lions, leopards and cheetahs and even visited a Massai village. If we ever get another chance to take a safari I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again
